Too many questions after purchase and there's a banner on your site stating that I should have received an email to "validate [my domain name]. I have received a number of emails from you already but no validation email. This is an irritating way to start.
Generally speaking, pretty satisfied so far. I've been having trouble logging in and managing my password. After a brief on-line chat with a representative at Domain.com, I was able to get everything straightened out. He was able to help me with another question I had regarding my domain name and had things quickly sorted out.

My DNS records that had been set up and working all last year were suddenly unavailable.
I wrote to support 3 times and was told each time that I had to wait! During this time, my website and email didn't work. I waited a very long time while they updated the DNS records each time, and the last time I asked for compensation because if I have had my records redone a third time, it means the staff did a bad job.
Disgusting service, bypass it!
I just had the worst customer support experience, if you can call it that. You can only talk to someone by CHAT but that's pretty misleading. They send an automated line of copy and then go out for a cigarette and answer it when they feel like it. Horrible, horrible customer support.
Generally the website and payment process is fine, the management panel is a bit slow. However, it seems as if they are intentionally making it difficult to transfer to a new hosting provider.
1- They don't give you any insight as to what "domain lock" is, you need to rely on extraneous sources and to look through several websites before it tells you what it means.
2- The "domain lock" checkbox is hidden below the contact information form.
3- The email with confirmation code can take "up to an hour" to be received
Vert disappointed that the only thing it seems can be used here is google workspace. I am not a tech guy and maybe i misunderstood or just did not realize what i was doing but if I would have known that i would have never signed up with domain,com.

Have been a member for 15+ years and this upgrade has been the worst for long time customers. My website hasnt worked for months. Your chat is useless and don't act for the customer transferring or waiting for other departments that also don't give you a solution. Cant talk to anyone even if it's an emergency leaving domain. Com
I have been paying for a product that has given me nothing but hassle and nothing of use yet. Everyone I have contacted has spent time to help and been kind but nothing was fixed. Im constantly told to watch tutorials. If the live people can't fix it a recorded tutorial won't either! Ive been told parts of product are 3rd party and you don't have control over them. You do support and make money off these bunk 3rd party products that scam your clients! Im frustrated to say the least. Going to attempt one more time to create a useable website and hopefully change my rating!
I've been on the chat with support for 30 minutes cancelling services that are so- called "add-ons" but could not be cancelled with the domains they were added onto.
The support rep could provide no confirmation that my subscription was cancelled and told me to download a copy of the chat transcript.
Why would any add-ons continue to remain active if I no longer have the domains they were added to? Not doing business here any longer.
This company is the WORST! Lack of fixing a problem after hours of "chat" time. And by "chat" time I mean literal online chat and zero phone assistance. Horrific technical issues that they don't know how to resolve. Unless you want to waste countless productive hours, DO NOT use this company.
My website still doesn't work. I've worked with your chat support twice over the past month and they keep telling me they fixed a DNS issue and the site will be up "in a few days", but it never works. cerroworks.com is my site. I bought everything and even built my site through domain.com so that it would be simple. Now, I will have to find another hosting/website building service. Worst service ever.
I waited for support for over 90 minutes on several occasions and never got to speak to anyone. No response to emails sent via messenger. I ended up deleting my website because I could not downgrade from eCommerce to a lower plan.
Since the transition to the new dashboard I am having issues verifying my domain names with Google sites. I'm also unable to redirect naked domains (without www) after the new system updates. This is frustrating and I'm thinking of transferring my domains elsewhere. Also, the price increases are ridiculous.
I have contacted assistance via chat many time to solve SSL and the issue that mt web site is still lable as "not Secure" this have never been solved and is affecting my business. Not happy with the services!
Domain.com is a User-friendly Site and Easy to read, with Great prices and discounts with lots of Coupons for an even better purchase experience. Now, I would have given them a 5-Star review, except for the fact that I had hopped to have been guided on how to afterward link my new domain names to the website I had already created. Most people I think already know how to do this, but for me, all this is so new and foreign that I needed that extra help. But thanks though. Domain.com is still the best!
Paid for my domain 2 days ago and still waiting on it to be set up so I can start using it. And just got a page full of code when I tried to log in this morning. Please help get me set up with my domain today as I'm trying to launch my new business today. Thanks in advance for your help.
Nothing works so far, I've had to have assistance with everything. I get logged out everytime I try to start building a site. My log in info didn't work, my email didn't work. Everyone that has been assisting have been very helpful. But super frustrating.

I am having problems with domain.com using depreciated systems, and having to access my servers only in incognito mode. I will move all of my domains and hosting somewhere else if this problem continues.
I misspelled my domain name and requested a cancelled but was denied, even though in the Terms of Service it says 30 day money back guarantee.
I was told I could not even transfer the account to the correct name. There should be a 24 hour grace period.
The website builder doesn't contain many unique features and it's vary basic. Also it has many problems with my old Mac. If it times out and I'm in the middle of something, I have to clear my history to make it run again. It's not very user friendly.
