I was unable to create a google workspace email after wasting 1 month trying to work thing out with the support team and engineering team. Very disappointed with the service provided.

Hello. I just signed upend paid for Website Builder. Nothing seems to be working. Is your stuff working at all?
I watched the tutorial. I followed the instructions to hopefully begin to build my website but i was not taken to a new tab to begin and the HELP/CHAT button was not working either. I had to log out and get toLive Chat from the outside. ON the inside nothing seems connected or functioning.
Not a great start huh? I will probably want to get a refund if this is how it is going to go...

Worst IT team i have ever seen. I have contacted them over 50 times in 3 months because my multiple website crashes everytime I press publish and i have to constantly contact them to get it to work again. MY current website that is down is my ecommerce site rentalbookie.com This is horrible and I am switching companies today
WordPress throwing lots of errors, authentication errors (I use a pwd manager so this is on Domains.com), database connection errors, webpage rendering errors that require multiple page reloads. Poor performance all the way around

Super frustrating that I cannot get ONE login for ALL my domains. I have bought a bunch of domains and they are all separate user names. I have to dig through emails to try and find them all. It would be nice if it was all tied to my emai.
SO FRUSTRATED! Your website does not have instructions on how to create an email address using the domain without purchasing Google workplace. EVERYTHING points to making additional purchases. This information was not disclosed up front. Bad form!
I can't get my issue fixed. I've known for a while that whenever I contact your help center it will take multiple days if not weeks and multiple attempts to get simple things corrected. Your help center uses scripts and pre-written responses and tries to dismiss of each inquiry for help as soon as possible. Thus, ignoring simple problems that go on for weeks requiring threats of exposure and multi-media of domain.com making me want to get rid of domain.com. But I don't want to think about the alternatives. I consider the customer service just to get my A1 aviator.com URL forwarded to my Facebook page. Took me weeks. Multiple tries was absolutely outrageous and I was months ago and it's still bothers me and you ask me to rate you? I rate you was terrible

Incredible number of bugs, some of them critical, e.g. auto-renew doesn't work, we are talking to support about it every single year.
This year, our maxiticket.* domain stopped to work because of failing auto-renew. Disaster.
The domain login went around the world to get a new pw... lousy... the email reminder i received to renew indicated the licenses would expire in 3 days but as i am viewing the renewals, all 3 targeted url's are 'auto renew' what a joke... your system sucks. JK
Very bad security features. Site wont let me log in to my existing account and when I did a second purchase providing same email it created a second account and now I can't access my previous domain. VERY BAD!

Got my billing address wrong and they have failed to issue me with a SSL certificate I need to activate secure web hosting for irata.foundation.
Despite repeated emails to their support team informing them of my correct address, they have yet to rectify this situation.
Disappointed.
The initial process, and required steps, are not obvious in the first instance; and the Launching of the Webmail resulted in the system "freezing". Access and activation to personal email associated with the domain name weren't clearly identified.
I have tried with no success to change the setting from automatic renew on some of these sites.
I only need 1 site that i wish to use that i can't even get into.
I find that there is now way to contact a real person to get this situration resolved.

When I come to the opening page I get an advertisement every time. It takes me an extra click to cancel this and get to where I want to go. Why should I have to do this?
We bought a domain and started to construct a website and cannot access it from our computer. The easy to drag and drop is not easy and continues to boot both of us out of the program. One email worked, several attempts to email from the site did not transmit. Any adivce?
I talked to help center twice and both times they asked for security question, which i didnot provide because i felt that my account could be manipulated, and my domains could be transferred to some one (i mean stolen). So i rather went for NOT taking help from help center guy both times.
Domain.com was recommended to me by a relative and I am glad I took their advice. It has been a great journey with domain.com and I will not hesitate recommending it to a future client.
They will charge you a cheap price for the first year. Something like 2.99. Then the autorenew feature kicks in after a year for a 20.99 charge. Once you try to refund the charge you'll sit on an automated chat for hours finally to be told they wont refund you.
