My experience with Dr. Gabriel Colon at Cleveland Clinic Sebastian Primary Care and Urgent Care was deeply troubling and utterly lacking in compassion. As a new patient seeking mental health support while also serving as a full-time caregiver, a simple misunderstanding with the receptionist escalated to a police intervention. Despite the issue being resolved with Sebastian PD, I was asked to come in later that day for what I believed was a mental health screening, only to be informed upon arrival that I would not be going home. I was promptly detained at the front door, offices with hands on weapons, they handcuffed me, and escorted me to the ER for an unwarranted full-body examination. Subsequently, I was transferred to the mental ward, all while being forcibly separated from my permanently disabled wife, who was in a hysterical state and left in the care of unqualified individuals.

The disregard for our well-being was appalling. To add insult to injury, I am now facing an exorbitant bill for services I never requested nor consented to. A month has passed, and I I'm home with my wife, reflecting on and trying to understand what has taken place. We have decided to leave Sebastian due to the trauma caused by this experience with the doctor and his staff. The sad part is we just finished building our home and started our business.

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to address a matter that has caused significant distress and financial hardship for me and my family.

Sir, you know that you lied to have me taken away through the Baker Act. As a result, I now have a bill for $8,000, which adds to my already overwhelming financial struggles as I contemplate bankruptcy. I am a full-time caregiver with a part-time job, striving to provide for my household under challenging circumstances.

Sir, you mentioned you are a man of faith and a follower of Jesus. As you partake in the holy sacrament, sitting at the Lord's table and accepting communion, please remember that you are accepting the Lord's body and blood. This sacred act demands purity of heart and truthfulness. Participating with lying lips is a grave dishonor and a disservice to our faith.

I am a brother in Christ, seeking honesty and reconciliation. The path to redemption begins with acknowledging our transgressions. I ask you to reflect on your actions, admit the falsehoods that led to my unjust detainment, and consider the severe impact it has had on my life and my family's well-being.

May we find it in our hearts to embrace truth and uphold the principles of our faith. I pray for your reflection and repentance, trusting that we can move forward with integrity and mutual respect.
