Beautiful Quilts

I order 3 quilts & they are Beautiful. Two sea turtles & one fishing. The quilts are very soft. I sent a few Facebook pms asking about the delivery for the quilts & every-time they answered within a day. They are very nice & friendly & very helpful too.

They stole my wife's exact designs off her Etsy shop. A design that she personally took the time to create and worked hard on. They flat out stole it and did not respond to our inquiries. Sad but all there other reviews speak towards the type of company they are. Most if not all Designs are taking from other sellers on different Platforms. Stay Away!

I ordered a quilt from Diverse Trends / Fenzhe. The quilt that I received does not look like the one in the photographs in the advertisement. I am extremely unhappy with the appearance of the quilt; it is ugly. I attempted to work with this company to return the item, but they were very difficult to work with. They would take several days to reply to emails. The emails basically said nothing. They finally offered to give me a partial refund of $6.50 and said that I had to pay return shipping, which would cost $20.00. I PAID $65.99 FOR THE QUILT! I attempted to get a refund through PayPal, but lost the case in PayPal. PayPal said the "appearance" reason was not good enough, and they just ignored the $6.50 refund offered for my $65.99 purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! UNBELIEVABLE. I gave the blanket to my dogs.

I ordered a shirt for my friend's 40th birthday on 4/29/20 and I STILL have not received it. I keep checking the tracking and it show's it has been sitting at the Los Angeles airport since May 16th. I have been going back and forth with their customer service and all I want is to me refunded. They said they opened a case with the shipping company. They will only refund my purchase if it was lost. Absolutely ridiculous!

Don't bother

This "company" is a joke.
Zero customer service! Customer servuce in communist Poland was better (although non existent). I have to file dispute with my credit card company that how bad this experience was. Stupid Facebook should checks the adds they are taking money for, ugh.

We have been playing email tag for 2.5 months so far trying to get an order that was for Christmas and is now for Presidents day. The order was shipped from China (that should tell you about the quality, If it ever shows up) and wound up at the wrong address, in the wrong state. Maybe not their fault, but you'd think they'd have tried to fix it immediately. Not this company, They kept stating to wait, it was out being delivered. The tracking data THEY sent us showed it but no effort was made to fix the obvious problem. After all the mistakes, I'm convince that this "company" is not an actual company. It's got to be an inexperienced homemaker with a nice website and no support system or business knowledge. I don't like bad mouthing small business, but this is something people need to stay away from. I don't believe it is a scam, but it needs to get out of business. I wouldn't recommend this site to someone I didn't like. Please stay away

Stevie Nicks T shirt

I ordered an xl of the "Stevie Nicks is my fairy godmother" t shirt. A life long fan I was so happy to find this shirt in the raglan sleeves. Amazon has the same shirt, but only in t shirt style.

After 13 days I received my shirt. Coming out of the package it was cute. It had an odd smell, so I had to wash it. Its a cotton t so wash and dry, right?

My cute, eagerly anticipated, xl, t shirt shrunk to about a size small. The black sleeves faded and Stevie Nicks looks like a grandmother.

I do not recommend this company or this shirt. Buy it on Amazon.

Christmas Movie Quilt

A Fraude

I ordered 5 T_shirts for my girlfriend from Facebook page on 13 th of August. The delivery should have taken about 10 -15 working days. However, I still have not received anything which is most UNSATISSFACTORY.
Last week I received an email which suggested that one of the packages has been delivered which is NOT TRUE. Moreover. I can neither track the exact location of the packages nor identify the delivery company in Italy
Last Saturday I sent an email to mail boxes address regarding the problem, to which no one has replied yet.
The only reason I actually ordered from you was that you are an American company and Americans are famous for providing the best customer service.

Nobody has provided me the name of the delivery company, So I cannot contact them directly and see what the problem is.
I asked for refunding but, still now, they haven't done.
I really do not recommend it.

Extremely poor quality

Don't waste you money. Took way to long to ship and once it finally arrived, I was very disappointed with the quality. The material is extremely thin and shiny like polyester. I'm pretty sure it's thin enough to be see through. This is worth maybe $5 tips, definitely not the $25 with shipping I paid. Learned my lesson and will never order from this company again.

Take money no product

I guess I should have read the reviews before I purchased Anything from this site. They took my money and havent even shipped my item. If it is not shipped out on Monday I will contact paypal and report this company. As you can see I am not the only one reporting a poor review.

I was a little skeptical at first as ordering online has not always been a success for me. When my package arrived I opened up the shirts that I ordered they were excellent quality the fabric was very high quality the print looks perfect and the fit is absolutely perfect as well. I am placing another order immediately.

Save your money and DO NOT ORDER from Diverse Trends. Cheap materials and very poor quality. Pictures on a blanket I ordered are backwards and upside down. Was told the are "inverted". Flawed product, wanted to return. Was offered a 6 dollar credit. Will cost more than purchase to return. So bye bye money. Protect yourself and others from this kind of sketchy webstes

I took a chance in ordering a few boho tank tops and a shirt and I was so pleased when I received them. Sizes were true to the size chart, the material was comfortable cotton with a little stretch and the designs were super cute too. I love that they have some with positive messaging and a retro style. I even had an issue with one tank and the customer service was prompt and courteous. I am actually about to place another order! I would highly recommend!
