I purchased a sweatshirt here but it ended up being a long sleeve. Super thin and NOTHING like it was pictured. All of their designs are edited onto the products so don't expect it to look anything like it. PLUS it took 30 days for my order to be delivered.
ANYWAYS, I obviously requested a refund for my order. (Oh, did I mention, one of the items I ordered was also missing from the package.) First they tried to convince me to take $8 compensation instead of return, saying it will be a hassle for me to send it back. I'm sorry... what? I spent $65 on my order and you're trying to compensate me $8 for the crap you sent me? No thanks. I'll take that extra time to ship it back. I ship it back and cover the return shipping cost with the tracking as they instructed. And once it's delivered they said they would refund me. But NOPE, two days passed and I had to reach out to them to see if they issued my refund. THEN THEY TRY TO SCAM ME, by saying there is a stain and they can't resell it so I they're only offering 70% off.
At this point I am freaking pissed off. I'm reporting it to my credit card company and disputing the charge because this company obviously has no morals and just trying to keep as much money as they can for a product that is NOT what the advertise at all.

I order a sweatshirt on 10/23 for my daughter's birthday on 11/20. Today, January 11,2021, it finally arrived but only after I had contacted them twice threatening to report them to the BBB. The sweatshirt is cute (Dunkin Junkie) but is not a fleece and has a slick feel to it. Letters are heat pressed on. Will see how it washes. Didn't realize I could buy something similar locally at the time of order.
They stole a design from an Instagram/etsy artist and is currently using it as one of their graphic sweatshirt. Others and I have asked them to take it down, and though they claim they have the shirt is still visible online on their site. Take it down asap.

This "company" is a scam! I ordered several items on December 8th. It's been almost a month and nothing! I've emailed them several times asking for an update on my order and for tracking information. They do not respond to emails. The company uses PayPal so I thought it was legit. It's not. Of course, they received their payment within a few days. Customer service is vague and will not reply when requesting a refund. It has been 17 days and it is still "in transit" with no tracking numbers other than a plane icon. Obviously I would not have ordered from China... ever! Never again! Throw your money out the window instead.
My husband ordered me a sweater for Christmas on 12/8/20 and Christmas has came and gone and nothing. I had a hard time locating this company and finally the tracking number I found shows error on the page. I want either a tracking number to see where my product is or a refund and if I don't get either I will be contacting our credit card company and dispute the charge.
We ordered on November 26 and our account says shipment has shipped. We try to find the tracking number and it gives us an error stating page can't be found. They didn't have trouble finding our money for the shirt.
I ordered a gift from Diverse Trends in November and paid extra to have expedited shipping. They gladly took my money and I still do not have the product. I was sent a tracking email to track the product through DHL. A label was created on 12/2, many weeks after my order placement. I called DHL and they said the label was created but never scanned so they do not have the product. Diverse Trends customer service is horrible. I cannot get a straight answer.

No real tracking available and in today's world of COVID, this shipment has been sitting in China for over a month which is not safe. If I get a refund, it will be a miracle. I found a super cute top for a friend. I tried to purchase, but received an error. I reentered my info band received another error. Funny enough, the funds were taken twice. I attempted to find a phone number to call for order cancellation (times 2). There is NO ACCESSIBLE NUMBER! I called my card company immediately. Then... I read the horrible reviews. I have no review unless you want to see my cut up credit card. I have a 1 star review as zero is not an option.
I placed an order for two Halloween themed sweatshirts on August 1st. It says on their website items ship in 1-3 business days. After a couple weeks of not hearing anything from the company, I messaged them. They kept promising me within 2 days, then within 5 days, then within a couple more days. I finally asked for a refund nearly a month after I placed my order, and was replied to with a tracking number. Imagine that. The link to the tracking number is to some sketchy looking site, and doesn't give you any actual information about where your package is, if it even exists. I would be very surprised if these sweatshirts arrive, and even more surprised if they look anything like advertised. I should've done my research before buying.
Oh, and the "customer service agent" told me she applied a $4 credit (I spent $50 on these sweatshirts) to my account, which NEVER happened. I don't trust a company who bold-faced lies to you. This is a scam, plain and simple. Kissing my $50 goodbye.
I ordered two sweatshirts on 8/5 and it said 3-4 weeks for arrival, which is fine. However, on 8/24 I still hadn't received any update or shipping information. I e-mailed the company and they responded right away and provided me a tracking number. I've checked it every day for a week and each time it says "Status not available" or "Parcel not found". Then I clicked on the link from the original e-mail to check my order details, and the link is broken and can't be opened anymore. It's almost as if my order and the shipment vanished into thin air. It's incredibly sketchy. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Ordered a shirt the first of May. By the middle of June I was sending emails asking first for updates, then for a refund. I was constantly given tracking numbers that did not work. I was then promised a refund... then a promise that it had shipped. I no longer wanted it. It arrived July 23. Awful quality, just terrible. Once again, I asked for a refund that had been promised. Of course they want me to pay for it. I will, but only after they refund my money. Why put more money in it with zero belief they would ever refund - it is their turn to trust. They offered me $3. Not a typo. So it took almost 3 months to get an inferior shirt for $33. DO NOT fall for their garbage. Walk away.

This is a great company, my friend & I ordered the 2 Ballet tops and we both received them very fast. Diverse Trends even contacted us a few times to check if we'd received them it was so easy to communicate and they gave us the tracking numbers as well. We will definitely purchase from them again they're a great Sure. Xx
