I received my dress on the estimated time, i had to contact with the customer service. Asking for tracking number and i received an excellent service. The quality is good and perfect size. For sure i'll buy here again

I love my orders so much! Fits me well! The customer service is also excellent! I will place another orders. Also I will recommend this shop to my friends and relatives.

I placed an order in mid-December for a Christmas gift. It is now the end of January and according to the tracking number they claim is for my order the shipment is still sitting in China and hasn't moved for weeks. I have contacted customer support multiple times, most recently to request a refund, and they so far have not honored this request. I am sharing this on as many review sites as possible to warn others so you are not victimized by this company like I was.

I'm very happy with the product and the service. The quality is good and for sure I will buying again soon!

The dresses look nothing like the photos on their site, because they have stolen photos from other businesses, I bought the black bandage fab dress which looks like a knitted dress in the photo the dress I got was cheap material that felt like crepe paper with triangles cut out. They are absolute frauds, my other dress ripped straight away, poor sewing quality, cheap material. DO NOT BUY!

The item I bought, a leather like black jacket, was so thin that I could for it and place it in a normal envelope. Poor quality! The size was far too small more than what was described
I returned the item
None contact me and 2 months after I did contact the company to ask where is my refund, that gave me options to exchange it (they try not to offer you money back). I did ask if it is possible to get the mk ey back, and without advising me they said straight away they will refund me $12 when the jacket cost me $59

I got my item, it took like 10 days, the quality is good and the dress is amazing and low cost! Thanks i will be buying again!

The reason why they have to create so many websites with similar interface is because they want to take your money without return.
NO RETURN address is provided.

They delete every single negative comments. If you attempt to do it in their page, they'll BLOCK you.

I am writing to complain about an order I made a year ago.

I ordered a pair of thigh high Emerson boots from your website on November 5th 2017.

The Shipping method said "7-21 business days and in rare cases 30 days" and it has been nearly a year. I paid $42.97 for these boots and I still haven't gotten them.

To add to the insult, I emailed you about it 2 weeks after making the order. This is disgraceful lack of respect for me and very, very bad customer service!

I am extremely saddened and disappointed by your service. I have been a very loyal and patient customer for many years.

I would like a refund made to my account immediately or for the boots to be sorted out and sent to my address immediately.

I hope you do something about this as I would not like to stop shopping from your store due to unreliable service. I am so frustrated by your lack of responsibility

Clothes were too small, had little brown stains and quality was absolutely horrid. Customer service was also useless. Such a waste of time and money.

Awful product and quality and the customer service does not seem to care about customers... Stay away from them
