I placed an order in mid-December for a Christmas gift. It is now the end of January and according to the tracking number they claim is for my order the shipment is still sitting in China and hasn't moved for weeks. I have contacted customer support multiple times, most recently to request a refund, and they so far have not honored this request. I am sharing this on as many review sites as possible to warn others so you are not victimized by this company like I was.
