Worst company. No customer service. Worst company. No customer service. As a professional business consultant, I am working with plenty of vendors. Therefore, I need to say I am more than drastically disappointed in Displays2Go they not only provide 0% customer service past their '90-Day-Policy' but also don't have quality products. The unit we bought in March broke in October, in the attempt to use it for the 4th time only. That is sheer unacceptable. If a company cannot provide quality products, they should at least provide quality service to offset that issue, or provide quality products in the first place to be able to put less focus on customer service. However, being deficient in both is not a great user experience and I will never again recommend any Start-Up to use this vendor.

My recommendation: Find a better company!

Ordered one sandwich board easel sign on 7/6/21 and shipping tracker still showing it will ship four days after graphics are approved. I know I'm never going to see it and the two August events, for which I ordered it, have passed. There is no answer to email, call or chat for help. Do not order from this outfit. I should have been smarter. Out $134. Ugh.

I ordered an display, they never told me ahead of time I would have to book an appointment ahead for the freight company. I checked the delivery tracking information on the daily, to be said delivered to my address. The tracking information is incorrect, I called the tracking company they use and they said someone at the business signed off on it. They took back the item and then never sent me a receipt of my refund to top it off, and then finding out they didn't refund me my shipping cost for a mistake that was not my fault. I was even willing to reorder the same display! Screwed me out of 250$$$$.

They did not ship on time and I even called in to pay for express shipping. It was only after I called, did they actually ship and then we had to re-direct the shipment because it was late. Now I'm going to have to fight with Fedex to find my banner. What's the point of having a ship date posted if they aren't going to stand by it.

Our fire department spent a lot of money to purchase a podium from this company. Total disappointment! Terrible workmanship, damaged product, and no replacement. Do not purchase from this place.

Ordered a $4000 display for our office and the unit came in damaged. I had to pay someone to bring it into our building, unwrap it, and set it up. Of course the unit was damaged. Called customer service and they offered me $350 to make my own repairs. That was laughable, the repair quote from a local company was $900. So we opted for having them send a new one. They charged me an additional $295 to have someone bring it into the building, unwrap it and install. Of course I paid for this the first time, for the damaged unit. I had to pay for it again, even though the shipping company damaged it.

But the best part is that the shipping company did not unwrap it or install it, and this unit is also damaged. It's like doing business with dumb and dumber. Their service sucks, and their choice of shippers is greatly suspect.

Someone from management was supposed to call me yesterday to handle this debacle, but needless to say no one ever bothered to call me. I'm guessing they are a big company and just don't care about customer service.

Extremely unhappy customer. I would not do business with them if I were you.

The name of my company is Milestone Recovery, just in case you don't think I'm a real review.

Tip for consumers:
It's amazing that companies like this stay in business. They Suck!

I still have not received the display case, I payed them almost $500 to ship. Its been almost 3 weeks! There just keep telling me sweet nothings, when I try to get a delivary date! Displays2go ruined my 4th of July sale! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH DISPLAYS2GO!

I recently ordered a literature stand from Displays2Go and was very happy with the product, the service, and the speed of shipping (Part # NCYBRCHBLK 10-Tiered Metal Wire Magazine Floor Stand, 8.5"w, Portable - Black).

This was after returning an Amazon product that was unnecessarily fiddly to put together--no one wants to deal with that when they have to assemble and disassemble it for shipping it to and from each trade show. The Displays2Go stand was a couple bucks more than the Amazon one, but it looks nicer, is much easier to set up and take down, and is made of nicer materials.

We received it quickly and it was a brand-new product (recent orders from Amazon and other vendors were obviously returns and not packaged well). We ordered from Displays2Go several years ago and received that product promptly and in good shape too.

With trade shows, there are times you have to order last-minute and have it sent somewhere other than your own facility, so you really need to work with companies you can count on. So far my experiences with Displays2Go have been very good, and if I had to make a last-minute order, I would feel comfortable ordering from them.

I ordered a few display racks for greeting cards. I really liked the display racks AND the fast shipping. Then I noticed there was a problem with one of them. After I did a very UNprofessional 'repair' (which looked stupid & UNprofessional) I filled out a survey they sent out. Who wouldve thought it was actually going to be read?!?! Shortly afterwards I was contacted and the problem was taken care of! They were on it so quickly! Im impressed with them & wouldnt hesitate to do business with them again!

Our company has had the absolute worst experience with Displays2Go. Not with the product itself or the customer service... but with the whole process.

The project: order 30 cardboard displays (product WCCD3CP) with custom art (that we had designed and ready to go). Seems simple enough, right? At the time, the website said "Ships in 2 business days" — this is a huge lie. It says "approximately 4 days" now, but this has got to still be completely unrealistic, given our experience.

First of all, their online system refused to accept our business' billing address, regardless of what we tried. We know everything is correct (it works everywhere else), so it's a bug with their system. For whatever reason it flagged our billing address as incorrect. Sure, okay.

So, I call in and attempt to place the order with a person. She's very friendly and helpful, but they're using the same system, so our billing address still doesn't work. So be it. We use our client's credit card/billing info and that works. This was June 10th, by the way.

I was told I would be emailed a PDF proof of our submitted artwork in about 5 business days. Those days passed — and nothing. I call and ask them look into it. I'm told I'd I'll get a proof by end of day.

Again, nothing. So, I call again. They have to hound their production team, and after a two internal calls, I finally get a proof. It looks good, so I approve it. I'm then told it would be another 5 business days for production, give or take, and then it would ship. So, we'd be looking at a delivery date of roughly the end of June or the first week of July. Later than we expected. Certainly not the timeframe the website seemed to indicate.

Those days pass and I still haven't heard anything about it shipping. So, I call AGAIN, and then I'm told it would ship by July 2nd. Our client then has to push back the date of launching an entire campaign because these things are now running at least a couple weeks late.

Keeping with the theme, July 2 comes and goes. Nothing. More days pass. Still hasn't shipped. At this point, it's been a month since I placed my order and now we're hitting a hard deadline. We no longer had any faith that we'd get our product on time, so I had no choice but cancel our order and scramble to figure out an alternative locally.

(I will say that every one of the representatives I talked to on the phone was friendly, responsive, and helpful. Kudos to all of them. At least they can perform their job. But every single time I was told I'd get a call back about something, I never did. Not once.)

The representative I talk to puts through an urgent, priority request to cancel the order. I'm told I'd get a call back... Surprise, surprise, I do not.

I have to get a local vendor scramble to produce, from scratch, a product as close as possible to what Displays2Go failed to deliver on. They managed to pump out 30 of them in under a week. Should have done that in the first place.

So, it's July 21 and I have sent our finished products to our client.

Guess what shows up on my doorstep that same morning? FedEx with a box from Displays2Go — with the order I cancelled two weeks prior. Unbelievable.

So, I have to call AGAIN and make sure we didn't get billed for an order we cancelled. Well, we did. We most certainly got billed. The rep confirmed that our cancellation was absolutely submitted and then has to start the process of refunding us. I'm told it can take up to 10 business days for this to process, so we will certainly be keeping a close eye on the statement to make sure that it does indeed get refunded.

I won't be surprised if I have to call again, though. Or have to get the credit card issuer involved to dispute the charge. Not given the past 1.5 months. Sheesh.

I know that we are hardly a big client for this company. Hardly the biggest priority. But if we can't get 30 simple products on time, I'd hate to think what a bigger order would look like. We and our clients will never deal with Displays2Go ever again.

If you're looking to order something off the shelf (like furniture or a podium), you may have better luck (their shipping to Canada is BRUTAL EXPENSIVE, by the way), but if you're looking to order something that involves any printing what-so-ever, I'd suggest you look elsewhere unless you're a very patient person and have a lot of time.

I spent $800 on this display case on Nov 20th 2018. When I received it, I did not put in operation until 3 months later. So in 2 months time, the motor burned out and will not work. I called display2go to get help and they said they will not do anything to help. They do not warranty their product or even stand behind it. The customer service on the phone didn't even care which tells me this has happened more than once.
BUYER BEWARE - This company will not warranty or help you in any way. They do not care about their products or their customers.

Absolute worst service. I spent close $200 and was going to order more, thankful I didnt. I had a hard time communicating with them, the live chat wasn't friendly, I finally had a rep email me with no solution, then of all things when I wasn't happy with the product and the mistake they made (they told me a sign would be acrylic but it came in foam core... they didn't offer to problem solve. Customer service is NOT a priority so purchase at your own risk!

Dealing with displays2go has been nothing but a headache. Each of my orders arrived either with a damaged product or damaged box.

Their product description does not clearly specify how the product will arrive and in what packaging. In my experience one of the products ordered was a bulky non collapsible 3 tier stand. The item was impossible to to transport to my next trade show so i requested a return dur to the challenges of transport a huge lenthy item but turns out the original box the item arrived in was destroyed. Making it impossible to send it back. I ask if they could provide a box on my expense and they were unable to assist. I went everywhere looking for a box for this item. No one had a box thay could be a good fit. I had to leave behind the item with a distributor of ours while we could find a box. I called back a month past their return policy expressing that we finally were able to package this item. But Unfortunately they claim that its past the 30 return window and no exceptions could be made.

It seems that the customer has to be patient with their mistakes,(i ordered an item that they got wrong 3 times). But when you need thier support or flexibility they are never available to help us solve the challenges they create with poorly packaged products, unrelaible customer service (each time you call you get a different person, no one has a direct line, or ignoring messages).

This is upsetting because instead of making my job easier when ordering thier products. It was so challenging and complicated to deal with their products that are not event friendly. Not sure why they call themselves Displays2go.

I regret doing business with them. Never again.

Return an items, I called few times and speak with 3 different peoples each time. Now it has been 2 months, I haven't received my return. They tell me they will call me back each time, But No. Nothing... If you ever think about, you might need to return an items. I would stay away from this place.

Very, very, disappointed. I purchased a simple 2 sided sandwich board with red and black lettering. I paid Signs2go and they gladly took my payment of over $200. They then discovered they did not have the sign but had another company send me the product. The product had the wrong color lettering and Displaysgo made no effort to get the proper letters for me. Now they have told me I have to wait up to 3 weeks to be reimbursed. This return policy is not stated in their home page. But, the service representative stated, "they have lots of return products". Not something you say to the customer. All of these reviews say it all.

This company offers quite a few products but I have found the products themselves and their customer service fall short. The last two display products came with only one small sheet with instructions on how to install one part of the item, there was a total of seven boxes full of supplies... a little frustrating trying to figure that one out. Several hours and with luck on our side we got it put together right... we think. The other problem I have experienced with this company is their customer service. We had a mistake on our order and all they repeatedly refused to admit any problem on their end, until I got the lady to stay quiet enough to listen to what happened. She apologized from there and offered to reduce the restocking fee... for a mistake on their end. You have to be kidding me. And don't try calling them, you will have to speak to one random representative after another who want to know who you are, what company and your order number prior to transfering you to the person who just gave you their extension number... ridiculous. I have better things to do than give out my personal info every time I call in to a company I am ordering from... not to mention haggle with their representatives over who is at fault on a simple procedure.

I've tried more than 5 times to try and get replacement parts, or even information on where to buy replacement parts for this company's tv stands. They state that they don't manufacture their equipment, so they don't offer replacement parts. When I asked if they could tell me the manufacturer so I could attempt to contact them for replacement parts, I was told "it's somewhere overseas"

If all you want is a one time purchase then go right ahead. If something ever breaks or goes missing, you might as well throw away the whole display, because displays2go won't lift a finger to help.

Ordered from displays2go we had an issue with the freight company and with the display. Displays2go listened to me and made sure i was taken care of. I cannot believe how great there customer service is. I highly suggest displays to go. Knowing if anything goes wrong im taken care of. You just cant beat that

I couldn't be more unhappy with Displays2Go. I ordered two retail display cabinets online. I ordered them thinking they would come assembled. I was wrong (and the site does say unassembled). So that mistake is all on me. BUT, thinking I was ordering assembled cabinets, I paid nearly $700 for white glove deliveryfor the assembled cabinets to be taken into my store and uncrated, with packing materials removed. A two-person job, as stated on the shipping/freight manifest.

What I got were nine boxes and one delivery person, who could do nothing more than bring the boxes into the store. $700 for that! I called customer service. They offered not one penny back on the white glove shipping. Nothing, zero, zip, nada.

So here's my biggest gripe: if everything is unassembled, why offer white-glove delivery in the first place? What's the point? Knowing how absurd and financially obscene this service is for unassembled pieces, such requests should generate a red flag to Customer Service. They, in turn, should contact the customer in such cases and verify that white-glove delivery is indeed what they want. So, in short, I paid nearly $1,200 for two unassembled display cases that are no better than what I can get from Store Supply Warehouse.

Further, because I chose white-glove delivery, my order took 10 days to go from Rhode Island to North Carolina. And I had to dog it every step of the way, as no one communicated anything, ever. The company didn't even send an email saying the cabinets had shipped.

My recommendation to others? Buy from Store Supply. They sell assembled products and will deliver them inside.

DO NOT choose white-glove delivery!

I'd like to update my review on the integrity of Displays2Go from July. I was very unhappy with the lack of service I got regarding a damaged item our school had received until I wrote a review on here. After the review the company responded very positively and have replaced the whiteboard which was damaged. I appreciate the fact that they made it right for us.

Buyers beware: Here is their return Policy! We ordered two sidewalk signs that only last through two events. When I complained this is what they replied: This is our return Policy, let us know whether you still want to return them...
Returns on stock items are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
All returns are subject to a 20% inspection, re-boxing and re-stocking fee.
All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection.
The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipment. Packages being returned should be insured by you for your protection.
Returned merchandise that is damaged upon receipt will not be credited.
Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost and all return shipping costs. No credits are issued on shipping costs.

Worst company i ever dealth with! Do not even shop with this company. I bought some chalk marker ink set and tested out at a corner of my chalk board. The ink was permanent and i could not erase it. When I tried to return it, it was such a hassle! The return policy was ridiculous. The shipping cost was also very high. It would have been better for me to buy from Office depot or Staples where there return policy was better! I will never ever shop with this company again!
