We understand your frustration completely. Please look to your private messages where we had previously messaged you for your order and contact information so that we may begin to rectify this situation for you. We certainly do not want you to have to settle for a product that is not up to your standards. It is important to note that we do list our products on marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart as they offer a legitimate reseller platform to offer our products on. This is clearly noted on the reseller's product page with a note "Sold & shipped by Displays2go".
