Ordered a bike rack from them for $331. When we installed it, all the parts of the rack were so wobbly, it looked dangerous to use! Immediately asked for a refund... and their policy is to charge 15% on all returns, even though it's because the product they sold us is garbage. I'll see how long it takes for them to do a refund. I would have never bought from an unknown merchant had I known their return policy is so ridiculous. Definitely do not recommend.

We purchased in April 2021 Discount Ramps Black Widow Heavy Duty Steel Motorcycle Carrier. After a basic assembly the bike was loaded up on the trailer. The bike was on the trailer for only 15 minutes before the metal just folded, collapsing the trailer and causing the motorcycle to come crashing to the pavement. When Discount Ramps was initially informed their customer service representative were very sympathetic, number of emails with pictures and two months later their response was "assembly error". Discount Ramp does not build this particular ramp (made in China) and they don't stand behind their product either. Now we are out of pocket the cost of a ramp but most importantly the damages to the motorcycle which is over $2,000. They don't by something from someone who doesn't stand behind what they sale, I recommend you look for a supplier who will. Discount ramps deserves a "D- " at best for their customer service experience. Buyer Beware.

Just received a motorcycle mounting bracket for my enclosed trailer. In a poorly wrapped box, the unit was delivered with no instructions not even a picture of the unit assembled. But they don't hold back on wanting a review. So naturally, being so shocked by the poor quality I was going to give them the truth about their product. Not so easy to do. Seems their review site gets all screwed up when you choose a 1 rating and then the Web page can't be found.

The old saying goes "you get what you pay for". But at DiscountRamps.com "wow" not even close.

I ordered a ramp that was advertised as "In stock ready to ship", that was 13 days ago and they still can't give me a ship date. Customer service is way less than helpful. Using this company was one of the worst mistakes I've ever made.

I called to see if I could get a 8 foot wheel chair ramp delivered before my surgery which was 4 days later. We were in such a bind because I realized that I was unable to get up our 3 steps to get into the house. When I spoke to the gentleman at Discount Ramps about my problem, he assured me that they could have the ramp at our home in 3 days without paying any extra charges. Well, sure enough it came in 2 days. The ramp is excellent and will do the job. I am so impressed with this company. Thankyou for all your help!

Would never recommend purchasing from this website. I ordered an universal roof rack for my 2014 Camry. Got charged $20 for shipping (item price 49.99). Item does not work as much as I try to tighten it to the roof it keeps sliding. Instructions are not vehicle specific. And most importantly, return policy is ridiculous: no refund on shipping, and they charge you 15% off the item price. Horrible business policies and thats why people keep ordering from Amazon. Tried to give them a chance, but they showed just how bad this business values customers.

Place my first order with Discount Ramps about a week ago and received my order 3 days later. I was impressed with how quickly my order came and the product was as expected. Had a few questions when it came time to put the product together and the customer service team was able to guide me thought it.

"Good Luck" is what was told to me when I called about a part the fell off my new bike rack I got 3 weeks ago, only for them to tell me that brand is made specifically for them and replacement parts are not accessible through them. So now I have a useless bike rack, thanks Tyler, I hope you actually talk to upper management about the legality of selling a product without selling the parts to fix it

I purchased 12 dock bumpers from this seller for my customers. The purchase included delivery to my residence. The supplier attempted to deliver in a tractor trailer and could not get any closer than a 1/4 mile from my location. The shipper wanted me to travel to it's location and unload the product myself. I refused. Upon cancellation due to no delivery, the supplier retained $257.00 from my refund to pay for returned freight.

They have poor quality service, even worse quality items. I ordered a ramp, and it was all banged up, edges were sharp and unfiled down. This is a China special. Mass produced garbage. I sent back my ramp, and its been over a month with no refund as yet. The charge you the second you order, but take a a month+ to refund you?. I will never do business with this company again.

Purchased a bike rack, that we love, however after a few years we needed a part. Called to get a quote and find out if part was in stock, a month later no response. Called back and spoke with Brooke in customer service who informed me that no part in stock, and to check back in a month. They also have no way to follow up if the part becomes available. Stay away from this business. Extremely poor customer service and no way to obtain parts

I ordered a "Black WIdow Premium ATV Rear Cargo Box" (p. N. ATV-CB-8030). I'm happy with the product and happy to have ordered it from DiscountRamps. The shipment arrived quickly and in great shape.

The salesman was experienced and suggested the right product. The aluminum ramp and cover arrived within 2 days. It is easy to work with. We are happy with the product.

I purchased spring leaf weather proofing and carrier for the back of my SUV - I got the correct info in regards to what my SUV could tow and then purchased the carrier through you all. My total was $733 including the warranties. My items arrived in a timely manner I didn't need them for 19 days everything stayed in the box till it was needed went to install on my SUV and the carrier was rated to hold 500lbs my daughter's wheelchair 375... The carrier didn't hold that it dropped to the ground. It took me two weeks to get a return label but I shipped it all back even knew about the restocking fee, once I returned I called company couldn't get anyone on the phone miraculously everyone was in a team meeting all day long every day. So I went to dispute it through my bank and low and behold I am still out of my money $733 dollars money I could be using on to buy another carrier for my daughter's wheelchair but instead this company is thieves they steal from people that don't have the money to really begin with now my daughter has stage 3 cancer and I can't transport the one thing that makes her most comfortable in life. So now I think my next step is to get an attorney, I hope this helps someone from purchasing anything from this company in the future they should be shut down for using and abusing people in this manner.
