SO BAD!
December 15, 2018

Who ever runs this business should really consider how much inconvenience they cause. Im now $150 short to buy Christmas presents. Delivery took 2 months. What a joke and what a horrible person to do this to everyone. I can see here its clearly not just me

No Goods delivered
December 30, 2017

After 23 days I am still waiting for my delivery which was meant to be about 15 days which is a long time anyway and they do not respond to my emails. Is there a phone number? Very frustrated. Will report to ASICS soon if no response.

Ordered a small parcel to be delivered to uk. They say clearly on their shipping page they deliver worldwide. Paid international shipping to be shipped to my address in uk. Ordered said would be despatched within 24 hours. Despatched after 1 week. Recieved notification to 'collect' in australia within 2 weeks. Address to collect was the same address to send any returns. No response from store after 5 emails and 3 'contact us'messages despite the site saying they will respond within 24-48 hrs and impossible to contact australia post without providing an australian postcode. Worse I read any deliveries delivered and returned to them they charge $20.00 handling fee. (The product ordered was only $12.00). As of this moment still no reply, still no parcel and no sign of a refund anytime soon.
Worst experience I've ever had purchasing abroad and will never do it again.
Would never recommend.

We placed an order about 10 days ago and finally disputed and escalated with paypal, they never answered our messages but they have now updated the order to paypal reversed, very funny. We believe they are a dropship company and do not stock items which is why they get so many bad reviews as they have no inventory control as when the dropshipper doesn't have they can't ship, very pathetic company and I would stay away from them. They are very overpriced anyhow

They charged my credit card 4 times. I called the phone number on my statement and they said that there was Never an order placed. I also emailed them and the same. PayPal still charged me. They are a RIP OFF. If I could rate them, I would give them an -5. Run and DO NOT look back.

This company is a total scam!
I placed an order on 30th December and its now 15th Feb. I have been checking the order status on the site and it still says unfulfilled.
I have emailed customers service multiple times (5), messaged on Facebook and instagram and requested a phone number via their automated messages and I have not heard anything back! I am so cranky. Funny how their site is full of 5 star reviews but if you look off their site at independent review sites it's a totally different story. Do not trust this company. I ordered from them years ago and had no issues. Maybe they are just money hungry now and got too big for their boots.

Ordered 3 products and one came broken. I emailed them and they sent another one which was also broken. I called and received one more, again broken. When I called to complain the owner accused me of trying to get free products and that he has wasted postage on free products for me. I told him that I would send it back to show him that they are broken. He stated that he did not want my business anymore and put the three broken products together and make use it. Very bad service. I will stop payment from my credit card and file a complaint with the BBB in Texas...

TERRIBLE - LIARS!

I never even submitted my order, but they charged me. I cancelled immediately and they explained the order had went out. They told me I can return the order, which I did and paid for shipping both to me and back to them and they charged a 20% restocking fee. They stated I kept one color WHICH I DID NOT, and a payment of 38.85 should have returned to my card. They are now only giving me 15.72 and making me pay shipping again for something I already paid for. RIDICULOUS! DO NOT EVER USE THEM!

I am a licensed hairdresser. I have used ABBA products for over thirty years. I ordered curl finish 8 oz. Spray, I opened it and I discovered that #1 it was in the old packaging. # 2 alcohol was either added to it to fill the used portion or took an empty bottle and filled it with alcohol! I paid $ 46.48 for two bottles. I could go to the dollar store and purchase 47 bottles of alcohol for that price.
I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I tried sending a letter to the address on their invoice and received it back in the mail today with a sticker stating that it was not deliverable as addressed and unable to forward. What does that tell you?

Placed an order on the 22nd. 22nd I received an email saying order in progress. On the 30th still no email saying shipping has taken place. I called, young lady said someone would be calling me back. No return called received. 31st I called. He said he had only one in stock and it costs too much to send it without the other two, and he thinks he will have the other two soon. On the 4th no word from them. I have sent a email canceling the order we will see if they take care of that promptly.

This site has terrible customer service, it takes months to receive products and then they come incorrect. Replacement items take months to arrive, I still haven't received replacements for the incorrect products that were sent. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE!

DISAPPOINTED
April 27, 2021

I placed an order 25/11/2020 and have contacted the supplier on multiple occasions to have my money refunded as the goods have not been delivered, the last response I had was 25/01/2021 and still have not heard back or had my money refunded (todays date 28/04/21). Extremely disappointed and now out of pocket $186.10.
I have now reached out to the ACCC in hopes to get my money back...
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
