Super happy with service
December 26, 2017

Its great. I love how affordable it is and how many channels I get. I have the smallest package and dont need frills or DVR. I am not an avid TV fan which is another reason this is great! A great addition to other movie streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon. I can also watch channels I dont gave on individual network apps. Im happy with the price and service.

Directv Now review
September 27, 2021

The reason "DirectvNow" lost so many customers is probably because they lied to them. When "DirectvNow" started they were promising the first customers that if they kept up with their payments, and continued the service, they could keep the service for life at $35.00 per month. So as time went by AT&T went about raising prices on everyone, not honoring what they had promised.
I know, because it happened to me!

Worst place ever
September 11, 2018

Have had nothing but problems... then my son paid our bill on 8-22-18 on 8-23-18 my son noticed they had debited his card again. Calling them is an impossibility as they dont have a customer service line to call. So it took almost a week of him and i both trying to get a hold of them about the double billing and their response was we will investigate and if you deserve a refund you'll get it in 7-10 business days. I told them that was unexceptable as what they took was our grocery money and if they didnt speed this up that i would be filing complaints starting with the Iowa Attorney Generals office and low and behold we got the refund 3days later... Amazing how quickly that happened... if you do business with them watch your bills very closely!

Horrible
May 24, 2022

Deceptive billing, increase without notice. Terrible customer service. Owned by AT&T which financially supports OAN, One America News which is an extreme right wing propagandist channel that promotes lies, hate, division and violence. STAY AWAY from both of these companies and tell your friends.

No longer part of ATT. My current plan was canceled and new plan would be three-times as much. Not so good for current customers, poor customer service. Think before signing up as a new customer and current customers beware!

I paid for DTV when they first came out. By far the best in reception and service. Charter and now Spectrum suck, they charge for service calls that are failures of their equitment.IN THE LOG RUN SPECTRUM COST MORE.

Directv Now is FAR better than Sling TV. They inform you clearly that they don't refund money, they send you a free Roku Premier for prepaying 2 mos. Of their service when Sling asks for $50 when you prepay 3 mos. Of service. But ultimately, with the cost of my internet fast enough so none of the streaming ended up buffering, I was paying a total of $128 with no DVR of any kind. The same internet along with a real DVR, far more channels and no buffering is costing me $105 including taxes. So there is no real savings. At least Directv Now wasn't out to rip me off like Sling TV tried to. But if I ever consider going back to a streaming form of tv, I'd look into what Hulu is offering, because they have a cloud DVR, include their specific shows that you can't get elsewhere, and I am betting that nothing approaches the rip off mess that Sling TV plays. And you need an over the air antenna for the local channels. But for now, there is no way to save money with this kind of service when I found that nothing less than 100 Mbps internet will make it run properly.
