All Sales guys are fake, they provide fake commitment.

It's been a long time since I asked Sales guy to provide the details of my Indian IP Tv Subscription.

I called customer care as well as the sales representative (Sandeep Sharma, Ext 5002) but Never got any detail over the email.

Whenever I call Sandeep he says everything is updated, you have a 6.9 Y subscription but when I connected to the customer care representative they said something different.

Please return your setup box and provide the refund because as a customer I need some sort of written proof.
