I have ordered several books from Dinkleboo in the past for my grand daughters and have been very happy with them. I needed a gift for a neighborhood child so I turned to Dinkleboo for a personalized book. After fulfilling my order I had a question so I sent an email to them. In an amazingly short amount of time I received a reply from LaQuinta M. She was extremely kind, helpful and courteous and even offered me a coupon for my next purchase!

Wonderful gift & fast & easy to order.

I think there's nothing better for little readers than to have a book with their name on every page, most pages have their name multiple times. Especially great for children with unusual names or spellings since they can never buy anything personalized. I ordered 13 books, one for every child in my life & am thinking of getting more. The first day of school book is perfect for kindergarteners! I especially like the books that ask for another child's name or a grandma's name to be included in the story. Pictures & stories are great, too.

Best labels out there!

I found out about dinkleboo through groupon and when I first purchased them after trying a different company I was skeptical but then they blew the other brand out of the park. Now they're the only place I will order from. They're quick with production & shipping and they last a long time. I highly recommend them

I ordered a custom photo blanket for a friend with cancer at the end of November. I receive email confirmation that it shipped on Dec. 4th. I have repeatedly contacted customer service for a tracking number or waybill number which they have been unable to provide. This was a custom photo blanket of family photos, a Christmas present for my friend with cancer and am told they have no tracking number because they use DHL and then 'the local mail stream'... wtf? I get no reply from customer service now at Day 27 with tomorrow being new years eve, so I am screwed again until Jan 4,2016 at the earliest. Am being totally ignored by customer service, that's ok, I'm going to totally ignore the charge on my credit card and dispute it to be reversed, as in I'm not paying you. Run far and fast from this company...

I am very sorry to hear about your friend's health and also that your order did not arrive in time for the holiday. If we were unable to give you a tracking number that means that your order was sent internationally. On the internal shipments we are only able to track delivery to the port. Almost all orders were in and out of our facility within 48 hours this season but we did experience delays mainly into the UK and Canada. It has been as frustrating for us as well.
My sincere apologies too that you felt you were being ingnored. There were delays in our response times this season and this I have not denied. As long as you have sent in an inquiry though we will get back to you to find a resolution that works for you.

Fun, quality labels!

This was my fourth time ordering labels for kids (my own and gifts) through Dinkleboo, and they have never disappointed! Vibrant colors, fun designs, and stay on products (ie kiddos' school belongings) very well, surviving washing and such!

I was thinking of a nice Christmas gift for my two kids and a friend of mine recommended the personalized children’s book from Dinkleboo. So, I decided to check them out. I found out that they do sell personalized children’s books and that made me happy. And the prices are quite reasonable. I also love that fact that my kids would surely love having books that they can really call their own. So, I ordered two books for my kids. The delivery arrived on time. I was able to gift wrap them and placed them under the Christmas tree. I am very pleased.

"No idea where order is"
December 8, 2016

Hi there, I have ordered ornaments December 2nd, money was taken out of my account right away, it it has been 23 business days and no ornaments. I have called and they have no clue where my order is. Very disappointed. I would just like my ornaments. We have a Christmas tradition every year, our family puts their own personalized ornaments on the tree. My son leaves next Monday and I still have nothing, and no answers. Could someone help me please.

I bought a groupon and tried to place an order. When I was trying to pay for the shipping it kept giving me different excuses why my credit card wouldn't work. I tried calling customer service and left two messages bc "agents were assisting other customers and they would return my call in the order it was received". Well I never got a call back. The fact that they had that many complaints that they needed to be called back should be an indication of the their product and service. I will be calling groupon to get a refund!

My apologies you were not able to reach us through the phone systems. We do our best to return phone calls but at times are unsuccessful. Many of the messages are left very quickly making the names and return numbers unclear. Never disappointed!

With 8 grandchildren to foster a love of reading in, I find these books to be the perfect gift! I have ordered numerous titles over the last couple of years and neither I nor the grandchildren have been disappointed. They love having various stories (great selection!) personalized with their names; I love the price, quality and selection. I hope to see even more titles added to the list--I plan on buying these until the kids are too old for them!

Ordered a personalised book through Groupon so it wasn't mega expensive but I had hoped it would still be of good quality. When the book arrived I opened it to put it into my son's Christmas Eve Box and was very disappointed. The first 7 pages had a big crease running through them. I contacted Dinkleboo via there email page and I received a reply email saying they were currently busy and were working through their emails but I could contact them on live chat should I need to. I tried this several times but it was never available, not sure if it was the time difference or just that it was not available. I really expected a replacement book before Christmas but never got any other reply or replacement book. Very disappointed and won't be using again.

For those of us in retail the holiday season is both amazing and challenging. As the season draws near the inquires literally quadruple and this does at times cause delays in our ability to respond as quickly to all of the inquires that come in as we would normally be able to do. This is part of why I have been monitoring this site so closely so I can hopefully catch any of the inquires that have had a delay in response and get everything resolved in time for the holiday.

For us, it is unfortunate that there really isn't anyway for customers that visit this site to see the several hundreds of customers that are being assisted daily but only those that have had delays in their resolution or those that have not had their situation resolved to their satisfaction.

Very Good Customer Service

I received a sticker order (my third order over the last couple of years) and two of the sets had a font that looked good on the computer preview but you could hardly see on the actual stickers. I emailed an inquiry to see if they could be replaced with a darker ink. LaQuita emailed me back within the hour and after a few more emails containing info and suggestions, she replaced the two sticker sets using a bolder font so it would show up on the stickers. No charge for the replacement and she even added expedited processing at no charge. Wonderful customer service and I will definitely order from Dinkleboo again!
