Bought a Groupon only to find out that it is impossible to use it as everything on the website is on sale and the Groupon is considered using two sale coupons. I spent 100 minutes chatting with customer service who was unable to help me and in the end told me I was lying. Delightful. Luckily Groupon has better customer service and I was able to get my money refunded. But I cannot get back my time.

I had a personalized book made for each of my grandchildren for Christmas and am extremely pleased with the end result! I can't wait to see their faces when they see their name on a book about their adventure.
