I purchased a printer on 6/14 and recieved an e-mail saying it was shipped the next day, then they took out the money from my account. I waited a week it never showed then had to go out of town for a couple days when I returned it still wasnt there. Afraid someone had taken it off my doorstep I called and e-mailed the company to see what the status of it was( this would have been easier if they provided a tracking number). I called and e-mailed 3 times with no response for at least five days. They finally e-mailed me back saying there was a delay with my order and it would arrive next week. I looked up reviews for the site and everyone said the same thing. Then a day later said the item was backrded and refunded my money. What a waste of time I wanted the printer to make my sister a personalized birthday card and never got to do so.
