I agree 100% with the other reviews. I've been waiting over two weeks for my product and have tried to contact Customer service with no answer and no reply via email. Prices are attractive, but service is terrible. I'll wait a few more days, then I'm contacting my bank to investigate this. I'll keep you posted...

Love them. Great prices. They just have stuff that you can not get everywhere. The have the best prices out there. Some of the reviews in here say that they take longer than usual, but i personally never had an issue with them. L

BUYER BEWARE!

Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and do not order from this company! I placed an order on 1/7/17 and 2 days later saw they had run my credit card for 2 orders instead of 1. I received an email stating my order was cancelled, I assumed it meant the extra order-wrong they cancelled my whole order. I only discovered this after 5 days and going back into their website and saw no order status. I tried multiple times to call- no answer or call back. Their phone doesn't even have their name attached to it just beeps and says leave a message. Also emailed them numerous times and only received one reply-"only 1 order has been cancelled" which is why I presumed for 5 days my order was being processed. They also go by the name advitamin.com(same phone and address) so don't bother ordering from this company either.

Who are these people? What I know is that they price their items lower than other vendors but you wait for ever to get it. I placed an order on 4/16 and it wasn't mailed until 4/26 - did they order the item from the manufacturer after I placed my order and then they sent the wrong shipping tracking number - Never again

I placed an order, gave them my charge card information etc. and received a confirmation. The next day I received a notice that the order was cancelled with NO explanation or contact information. When I finally was able to find a customer service web address from my internet history, I sent them a note asking for an explanation. I told them that if they couldn't explain themselves that I would share my experience with the world. They responded: "We prosecute threats." That's there "Customer Service." If you want that kind of treatment, by all means order from them.

Agree with the other reviewers. I placed an order Monday evening, got an email Wednesday stating that my order had been cancelled with no reason provided. Tried calling the phone number listed on the web site as well as email, no response.

I placed an order, was charged against my credit card, and received a "order cancelled" e-mail (and "cancelled" was misspelled as "canceled").

Only a generic answering machine when I called the number on the website. No response to my email to the "info" e-mail address.

I have filed a claim against the charge.

I made a purchase on this website, their shipping policy said it ships in 3-7 business days. I got a confirmation when I order, that my credit card has been charged, and 7 business days later, no word from them. I contacted them after 7 days to follow up, no answer. Contacted them again, still no answer. After 2 weeks, i filed a dispute with my credit card company for investigation. My credit card company investigated and 2 weeks later, i received an email from them that my order has been shipped with no tracking info. However, couple days later, the package arrived. The problem is: I ordered 6 bottle of vitamins with 6 month supply, and all of them are expired in 2 months. I contacted them and they promised to give me 50% discount on the 4 bottles that are going to expire and ask me to close my dispute. On their email conversation, they never leave their name or phone number. My credit card company closed the dispute because they provided the tracking information, I contacted them again to ask for the money and they never responded to my emails again. Now I'm stuck with expired bottles and never have my money back.

This website is a SCAM. It might be a little bit cheaper but it's not worth it. Avoid the trouble and stay away... Treat customers like trash, they should close the door. They do business under VITAMIN.MX *******427 NJ
