I placed an order, gave them my charge card information etc. and received a confirmation. The next day I received a notice that the order was cancelled with NO explanation or contact information. When I finally was able to find a customer service web address from my internet history, I sent them a note asking for an explanation. I told them that if they couldn't explain themselves that I would share my experience with the world. They responded: "We prosecute threats." That's there "Customer Service." If you want that kind of treatment, by all means order from them.
