While there is some organizational issues that need to be addressed, the ring itself was beautiful and looks amazing in person. Based on the photo displayed on the website, I expected to receive a very red ruby. I received a ruby almost the color of a garnet. The necklace itself is well made just disappointed in the stone.
I love the ring and reps i talked to were really nice. The shipping information that was provided was faulty and I continued to recieve incorrect updates from UPS. I am satisfied with the jewelry and it is even more beautiful than I thought it would be but still very unfortunate it arrived so much later than I was originally told it would.
