Without going on too long, My husband and I have been together 15 1/2 years, engaged for most of it, until we finally Married on November 1st 2024. We have had more than our fair share of challenges, so when we decided to get married finally ( I am 55 years old) we wanted the perfect rings for me to wear the rest of my life. I wanted vintage and stumbled across Diamondere on Facebook of all places. I chose the Larkspur design for my main ring, but when it came to the wedding bands, while they had some great design choices - they weren't quite right for me. Meghan and her team after dozens of emails and my design ideas finally came up with the PERFECT design to compliment the absolutely beautiful Lakspur Ring! It took us almost 3 months, but their patience and artistry were nothing short of perfection! I wept when my two fully Custom wedding bands arrived. If you are looking for a one of kind piece of jewelry that is individually crafted meticulously with the best customer service, Diamondere is the place to go! You will not regret it! They are kind, curious and will not rest until you have exactly what you want - and no upcharge for my original pieces of which we went through several revamps. I now proudly wear the most beautiful piece of jewelry that I will probably ever own and it was an amazing experience from beginning to end! The main issue was that despite a delay to my order which was explained to be a quality issue, when my ring arrived it was slightly malformed inside across the engraving and the engraving itself wasn't properly aligned.

As an international customer not based in the USA I would be required to cover postage to return it for correction and effectively pay more for their production error. It was for a special occasion so I also didn't feel I had sufficient time to go through a return and re order process safely.

So when I requested what could be done instead it was suggested I could get it smoothed and re-engraved at a local jewellers and they would cover cost up to 65USD, which seems fair.

All my interactions were pleasant and communication was great, but it didn't unfortunately create a piece which I could live with without getting it corrected myself.

With a piece of jewellery, such as an engraved ring, I don't think that perfection is too much to ask, and when there's a delay due to quality anyway you really do then expect perfection. I didn't receive perfection and had to finish off the job for myself.

I do not know whether a company based in the USA and producing their jewellery in Thailand has adequate oversight of customised jewellery (even if the customisation is simply an engraving) but for items as precious as these I guess I just expected better.

It's a shame as I say, as the people I interacted with were lovely, but unfortunately their loveliness didn't produce a properly finished ring for me.
