Garnet is my birthstone, and I have had many rings over the years. This is a lovely rich red stone, probably the prettiest garnet I have.
Just popped the question and she was so excited. She loved how the ring looked, her friends and family were all very impressed. One concern I had was the display box. The company was on crooked and with lightly rubbing your hand across the letters fell off. Hopefully this isn't indicative of there product. Based on the reviews I don't think so, however it was a bit of a disappointment.
Customer service was awesome. There was an unexpected delay but they kept me informed of everything along the way. I proposed with this ring and even though she helped pick it out, she was beyond happy with the ring when she saw it in person. We are both extremely happy with this custom made ring.
