Diamondere is amazing! I was very pleased with the engagement ring that I bought from them! The customer service was incredible. I ordered the engagement ring back in August of 2018, then needed to get the companion wedding band in September of 2019.
I spoke with the same person, (Cherie) and she was amazing through and through. We had gotten the engagement ring resized at a local jeweler, and unfortunately, because of that, the companion piece didn't fit correctly. Diamondere offered to craft a new engagement ring so that it would match the companion wedding band piece.
Now, I am working with them to have the two bands fused, and again, the customer service and response have been amazing. Above and beyond, and they will absolutely have a customer for life. Any other jewelry my wife wants will definitely be coming from Diamondere!

I was in contact with Cherie and Anish, who were both very professional and friendly. There were 2-3 design cycles, they quickly made changes in the model fast according to my requests, I sensed that making the design "work" and to satisfy the customer was top priority.
I got all the necessary laboratory documentation and assurances I requested and a high quality stone.
Shipping the ring from the USA to Germany also went smooth.

My partner and I decided to get matching rings for our upcoming wedding. After a lot of research at local stores and online, we decided to go with Diamondere. Cherie contacted us within a couple of days of placing our order. She wanted to make sure it was not a mistake (we ordered two of the exact same rings since we're both women). She stayed in contact with us throughout the process, and when we received our rings, we were thrilled with the results. The rings were everything we hoped they would be and more! Beautiful craftsmanship and quality stones. We couldn't be happier with our choice and will definitely talk with Cherie next time we want to order an custom piece of jewelry!
If I could give them a 0, I would. I ordered a black gold with peridot engagement ring for my fiance (she wanted black gold) and when the ring showed up, it looked terrible. You can see in the pictures that the coating is just awful. To be fair, they did try to talk me out of getting black gold because of the difficulty with the coating, but they said this because of possible wear and tear, not simply poor craftmanship. After talking with another jeweler, we decided to go with someone else and then the fun began. Not only did they refuse to pay for the return shipping, they also asked for photographic proof of the contents of the box after it was shipped. Fortunately, the military taught me a little something about common sense and about shady people like the ones at diamondere. Not only did I photograph the contents, but I took a video as it was being packaged. Anyone thinking of going with them, do yourselves a favor and think twice. They have no quality control and obviously don't care about putting out poor work. I went with them because of all the positive reviews, but now I assume most are fake. When all was said and done, Cherie agreed to pay for the return shipping, but only after I said I was going to leave a bad review. Then she sent a string of emails playing the victim and insulted me. Very glad I took my business elsewhere.

My finace wanted an engagement ring with our birth stone in it because diamonds, although nice, are far too common. I don't doub that this ring would be amazing with a diamond in the center, but we went with citrine and VS diamonds. It arrived in good time, fit perfectly, and she gets so many compliments on it wherever she goes. Shortly after my purchase, they emailed me with an offer for matching bands, which give this ring a triple band and double halo when put together. Those came out gorgeous too. Again... VS diamonds all around. We're getting married on June 15th, and we cannot wait to put it all together for the ultimate, unique ring. Thanks Diamondere!

A very pleasant experience overall. Buying the ring was easy, with a fair number of choices once I locked in the main stone. Customer service was great, i sent an email about getting the ring resized and they were very quick to respond and complete the resizing. I love my engagement ring. It represents him(emerald) and I(diamond). He is with me all the time. The people at Diamondere were so kind and patient with us. My now Husband searched for what he wanted and this was it. I get complements on the beauty all the time.
My Girlfriend absolutely loves her ring. She hasn't taken it off since I surprised her with it. I changed the pink stones to pink sapphires and replaced the diamonds with green sapphires halfway then ran pink down the sides.. Then, I complimented it with matching bands of green sapphires. The only thing is one of the bands didn't quite match the contour of the ring and I wanted to send it back but the Girlfriend wouldn't let me. Gives the ring character she said. She loves it...and all.

FACTS:
- I didn’t refund your return shipment
I shipped you a flawless and gorgeous ring. Post your email saying the coating was wearing off (like I had warned before), I had offered to convert to white/yellow gold at no charge and even attached a Fedex return label for the same. You did NOT opt for this. You took your chances with Black Gold after full disclosure and then if you want a full refund only, principally you need to ship it back to us (and this is clearly stated on our website too).
- I asked for a photo after the refund instructions were sent out. Could have been done earlier- yes, I accept but this would not have made an impact on your return. Please find me one person in the last decade who has had any problem getting a full refund back from me?

No sir, my exact words in the first mail after you purchased were "I would like to be transparent and apprise you that Black Gold’s coating is unpredictable - it can wear off and might need re-coating in a week or it could go up to a year also without requiring anything."
Black Gold’s chemistry is unpredictable - I don’t know the reason. Why would I ship anything where coating is already coming off already - that would make no sense for me or you? Like I said, it has lasted for months for some customers and not even a week for the others. You decided to still opt-in for it.

I have worked for decades to build my business and every single review is accurate and genuine (more than 500 of them). Please pick any reviewer randomly from there and I will forward you their order with my personal communication to them. My customers speaking on various platforms do.
Your ring reached us on Nov 6th and your entire refund was processed on Nov 9th without a single question / email.
For that I get a 0 star and get called a "con artist” etc. What would you then call a merchant who deliberately does not refund, or finds fault in the returned product to process a refund or does not inform you about Black Gold’s deficiencies at the outset or a merchant who writes he refunds return shipment in his policies but never really does? Or a merchant who never accepts his mistake?
I cannot survive in my business for so many years and have 500+ positive reviews with thousands of only overjoyed customers if I would compromise my craft. How would I differentiate myself with bigger brands that are eating up family businesses with their deep pockets, if I did not give that personal touch in my craftsmanship, care or communication?
