This was a swift response from order to delivery and it was beautifully packaged with clear and professional certification details. I'm a little disappointed in the end result though - the ruby, though very lovely, is slightly smaller than advertised and the diamonds barely noticeable. However, it is still a lovely ring - just feel it isn't worth the price I paid for it.

I ordered 3 rings. Cher was awesome to work with and kept me informed along the way. I am only keeping one of the rings, however, a beautiful garnet and diamond ring. The other two rings were about $1200 or so each plus the protection plan I purchased for each of them and unfortunately, the other 2 rings look like cheap rings you'd get at Walmart, even with upgrading all of the rings to the best quality stones they offered on their site. I'll be returning those 2 rings but proudly wear the garnet and ruby!
While the service was great and they arrived within the time frame I hoped, I will stick to going to a jeweler so I can see what the jewelry looks like.

Upon placing my order, I received an email inviting a dialogue about my purchase - a very nice add to the buying experience. I wondered about some of my choices - wondered if the stone I ordered was big enough - when it arrived it was approximately. 3 carats over what I'd ordered - a welcome discretionary artistic change.
It was very nice that they actively took care of me at all steps in the process, from order, through crafting, to shipment. In other words, they reached out to me first, and whenever I had a question, they responded within 1-24 hours. This is a VERY trustworthy and thoughtful company. Also, they provided a very complete analysis of the stone, which was important to me and my wife. Nice job! And thank you very much - I was very scared to spend this kind of money online, but you really made me feel comfortable, and you delivered!

I ordered a stunning tanzanite and diamond ring for my anniversary. I worked with Cherie for a possible custom order, but ended up keeping the piece as originally ordered. She was amazing and I am so pleased with the ring! It's difficult to find good quality tanzanite and this ring does not disappoint!
