Received my order within the 30 days allotted. Quick and convenient, the only area I say needs improvement is the replies. I had a concern and emailed them. I never heard back, however my concern it appears was moot. I will use them again for future orders.

The ring is beautiful and the customer service is great. After ordering, I was contacted to inform me the the black coating in the gold is not guaranteed and cam wear off. They wanted to make sure I still wanted to. L proceed with the order, and I did. Hopefully the coating lasts!

I found them to be extremely professional, with gorgeous products and fantastic customer service. What a great find to have discovered them, and I obviously plan on using them for future gift needs.
I received my ring within three weeks of ordering it. They arrived exactly how I had designed it. I reached out due to my own error to correct my ring sizes. I had to change my ring size from a 7 to a 6 ½. I had one band at a 7 and the other at a 6 ½. I had emailed customer service in hopes of being able to correct my error before they made the rings so they wouldn't be two different sizes. Customer service was so attentive, answered my email much quicker than their automated email had indicated they would. They provided additional information and opportunity to change my order by letting me know that black gold might wear off and they could change it for me. I still wanted it black to see how it would be and it's so beautiful.
I ordered a ring for a proposal and they emailed me before making it to make sure I was okay with everything about the ring. After giving them the go ahead the ring came very promptly. It was such a lovely ring and my fiancee is receiving tons of compliments on it. Would definitely order from them again. Thank you!
