Overall, I had a great experience with this company and it's customer service. After placing my order they reached out by email about specifics to my order. However, the order itself was delayed a couple weeks with no advance communication regarding said delay.
The ring was exactly as pictured and expected and looks great! My husband loves his ring but has been trying to navigate not getting soap and lotions caught between diamonds, which has been rather problematic. The design is rather unique but the logistics of hand but the soap/lotions issue is rather irritating.

The only feedback I'd give the Diamondere team is on the packaging of the ring. The box didn't do the ring justice nor did the actual ring box within. The ring box hinges bent quickly and the box quality was not on par with the ring itself. Other than that, we are extremely happy campers.

I would've LOVED my experience if I hadn't been sucked into a review instead of the verification that I had received my ring, which the email indicated this was. On top of that I can't just leave stars. U guys r lucky I'm not lowering the stars for the underhanded review poaching.
