I found a ring that was a similar design to my fiancé's tribal symbol except for the center gemstone. The company agreed to substitute a square sapphire instead of a round one to complete the design. The ring is beautiful and was delivered in time for our wedding.

The ring I received was absolutely beautiful. The coating of the ring (black gold) looked really good. It looked a bit lighter than the pictures online and the gems looked smaller, but I realise it can't be exact and the shown image is in fact hugely larger than the real deal. The customer service, I talked to Cherie, was really considerate and warned me about wear and tear with black gold rings and made sure I was okay knowing that information. Cherie and their team also took into consideration the occasion of why the ring was purchased as to personalise it more which was highly appreciated. I overall had a great experience with this company and receiving the product. Note to anyone that is purchasing is to consider the tax fee upon delivery of the package as custom bills can arrive and vary on where you are located and order the ring to! :)

I bought this ring for myself to celebrate 20 years of being a cancer survivor. It's also my birthstone. It is absolutely gorgeous! I find myself looking at it while I'm driving with the sun on it and admiring the gorgeous color and sparkle! It exceeded my expectations!
