From 17jul to 03sep I have text dialog to opt out of 811 promo. And received an acknowledgement in response.
Yet I continue to receive professional text from 811.
Understand these messages are system generated. Hence can someone in charge of the system look into the matter?
This is only one matter I'm referring to. Mind you dealing with dialog for anything is a nightmare.
The worst customer service i have ever had from a telecommunication company. They did not cancel multiple services which was requested 2yrs ago but instead they kept charging without my knowledge and even when their recovery agents followed up, i made the same request for cancellation but no one did what they were supposed to be doing but instead kept charging me. And now when i made a dispute, they are trying to pin the issue on me trying to come up with excuses and trying to make me accept a mistake. Thanks to this idiotic company i lost an very important number which impacted alot for my personal business communications as this number was used for online orders in my business plus it was linked with all my backkup recovery OTP password retrievals. Never expected such a service from a company lie Dialog
I have been using Dialog Broadband 2MB Business Package for almost 2 years now. Still no complaints so far.

Oevrall i'm happy with Dialog services.
Dialog customer care agents are so $#*!ed up, cant give a proper straight answer
The roaming says unlimited but after 1gb its very slow goes upto 60kbs
It's an absolute scam, one of the worst connections and speed one can receive. Please avoid using this company for your day-to-day work.
