The worst customer service i have ever had from a telecommunication company. They did not cancel multiple services which was requested 2yrs ago but instead they kept charging without my knowledge and even when their recovery agents followed up, i made the same request for cancellation but no one did what they were supposed to be doing but instead kept charging me. And now when i made a dispute, they are trying to pin the issue on me trying to come up with excuses and trying to make me accept a mistake. Thanks to this idiotic company i lost an very important number which impacted alot for my personal business communications as this number was used for online orders in my business plus it was linked with all my backkup recovery OTP password retrievals.
