This dress is very beautiful. I ordered it for my daughters birthday gift. It came to the ground and made her look like a Princess. She loves it very much. I'm a US size 10 and ordered the L, which fits well. I will purchase more dresses for her on the website.
I don't know. What to say. It's my first order. Delivered not that very late. But disappointed. The size came XL where I ordered for M for one of my jackets. Among 6 jacket and coats. Liked 3 of them. And want to return 3. But since I got the delivery their website is down lol. Sounds fishy.! I will keep record of the website down record. I hope they gonna fix it before 30 days passes away... I feel like a loss..

I have been trying to return an item bought from this website, Iike I see many people have had trouble doing, but the website isnt working and the customer service telephone number isnt linked to any company when you call it. The quality of the item is poor and I want my refund.
I dont know what the order number is because there is no clear identification on the shipping packing what it is.

After some to-ing and fro-ing, Dezzal has refunded me the postage of £20. I was not initially informed of this postage and so was unwilling to pay DHL for it. They have also given me a voucher to spend in a month as one of the items wasn't available.

Dishonest and insincere. Despite a high price the quality of workmanship was terrible.
They take your money upfront and then inform you that the items featured on their site are not available. It happened to the both items I ordered. I have a string of correspondence with their customer service if somebody needs a proof.

I bought a dress from this website on April 15th. The delivery goes very fast. It came to us only one week! Amazing! What makes me more happy is the quality of the dress, which is soft and comfortable! It also makes me look more slim! Love it!
I bought a dress and a top: Absolute terrible quality nothing as described or pictured, especially the top. Fabric, style, all of it just horrible. Still trying to get a refund after two months. Refund policy sounds normal. It isn't. UPDATE: after a bad review here and a fourth attempt to contact them, I did in fact finally get the refund. It took 3 months and some effort, but it happened. So, there's that.

The first time purchasing on Dezzal is great, the price is cheaper than my local store and I could receive timely response from the customer service whenever I submitted question to support center, will purchasing more!
It was the second time i ordered from this store the first time my order came and everything was good, i ordered a dress a few months later, and its now way past delivery date and still have not received it i tried tracking my order and contacting them to see where it had got to and to ask for a refund, the dress is now out of stock and i can not receive any helpful service from the people of this store, i have lost out on this dress and am very disappointed as i wanted a refund and i thought you were a great reliable store.

I'm appalled by the poor quality of customer service. The website has been down for at least TWO WEEKS, and I can't get a hold of them any other way. I want to return my item ASAP, but they are being incredibly shady and difficult. Please help? Can I please have an email address or phone number? The website is NOT working.
Also, the quality of their clothing was below my expectations. I paid $70 for a dress made of visibly cheap fabric and other materials found in a craft store. Seriously? I suppose their best marketing tactic is having a website that looks very legitimate, but then again, their website has been completely down for weeks, so I am very worried that I will not be able to return my dress and get my refund.

The dress that I have just purchased from the above website was super awesome!
All the women clothing were so unique and beautiful. My first order was arrived on time and the quality of the material was amazing.
I was stunned by how beautiful the dress was and not to mention the delivery from overseas was super and the cost was so affordable. I highly recommended allllll the ladies please check it out.

I don't trust this firm. They took my money for a coat. It is too small. I have tried several times to get in touch, but they don't reply. There was no paperwork with the item, I am going to have to find other ways to try and get my money back. $181.

I placed with my first order on Dezzal.com with some trepidation as I had never heard of them - they popped up as a suggestion in one of my searches. I had nothing to worry about! The cardigan I ordered arrived very promptly and was exactly as shown on their website. Dress arrived in Australia three days after order was submitted. The quality is beautiful and the dress is exactly as described and fits perfectly. I'm very happy and will buy again!
This is company is a rip off. Buyer be aware please do not order from them. Their policy says they will refund your money but will go back and forth with you before you get your money back. I will never order from them again and I advise you not to either. I ordered a Floral embroidered dress from them on May 17, dress cost $67.99 plus an additional $2.36 for insurance for what I have no idea. Total cost of dress $70.36 when I received the dress the quality was horrible looks really cheap. I ordered it for my birthday which is June 23rd which I still don't have a dress. Anyway I have been trying since I received the package to get my full refund almost a month still have to send emails back and forth to receive my $$$. First they ask you to send a picture, then you cant talk to nobody everything is email, email. Back and forth before they even send you an address to ship the dress back then once you get the address still email, back and forth. I mailed the dress back requesting a confirmation signature. So I checked tracking this morning, dressed was received and signed for. However I get an email telling me it went to the wrong address. Bull$#*! because the person you tell me to mail it too SIGNED FOR IT. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE IM STILL AWAITING A REFUND. PLEASE I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY CHARGE YOU INSURANCE FOR WHAT?. I have ordered multiple times from Dezzal, and every time I have been happy with my experience. They have great customer service, as well as good products, even though it is a little expensive. I still recommend Dezzal to other people and they enjoy shopping here!
I bought a dress online from DEZZAL which was on size too small. I had followed their sizing guide chart but dress tight.No return slip or receipt in parcel. I emailed them for instructions and received a "returns" form to download. I sent this form and dress back to the address provided in CHINA. Stupid aren't I. Paid $116 USD FOR IT WHICH EQUALS $160 AUD. Checked PayPal and company received payment registered as Lomevy, email *******@gmail.com.au. Sent an inquiry as to authenticity of address. They said they'd refund as couldn't find my tracking number. Seen nothing in account. Bought dress 12th Sept. No refund

After working with the customer service with the help hard, at least I got some money back. So over all, the customer service is not too bad.
I bought a dress online and received parcel on May 9th. Unfortunately upon receipt of the goods, I realized that I was mislead by the website. The material marked is totally different from what I saw from the care label, the fabric itself is bouncing up and down even when standing quietly. I never experienced a cloth with material like this, it is simply not acceptable. My suggestion is: Stay away. I will report to other social media to avoid other people being mislead.
I have discovered this website a few months ago. The quality is very good, the shipping very fast and the design so original. I want to buy all the dresses now :) I highly recommend :)
