First and foremost the bus was horrible... upon booking trip we discussed a state of the art bus it was stated bus comes bathroom as well as dvd player... When bus came no such thing, then I call in and was told amenities were never in the contract, this is really horrible. How can that be when it was discussed I feel this is really unfair I came prepared with educational DVD to show my youth & there was nothing to play it in. It was so embarrassing & not what was promised. Company should have said told it would be an additional charge but said nothing. If I would of known I could of definitely went with another company where I kno for a fact those options are already there. Then there was a leak on the bus state of the art... really... This was an old ran down raggedy bus that needs some work done... im very disgusted & so not satisfied with this at all. Ive requested some type of compensation for my troubles & discomfort. But heard nothing..

I would say the quality of the dress I ordered was ok however it is extremely too big. I ordered it for an event but it do not look like ill wear it ever. Its very unfortunate though, I only order from website that I could exchange or get a full refund. That's what this website stated or I would not have bothered. I've had my dress for 5 days now and cannot get in touch with no one. I've emailed several times and never a response. I do not like ordering from websites if I cannot contact this person. Buyer be aware if you need to exchange or refund it will never happen. No one responds or even acknowledge your call/email. I cannot believe it this dress cost me$65 plus an additional 25. Invoice # *******. Money just went down the drain because I cannot even wear it. SMDH

This is company is a rip off. Buyer be aware please do not order from them. Their policy says they will refund your money but will go back and forth with you before you get your money back. I will never order from them again and I advise you not to either. I ordered a Floral embroidered dress from them on May 17, dress cost $67.99 plus an additional $2.36 for insurance for what I have no idea. Total cost of dress $70.36 when I received the dress the quality was horrible looks really cheap. I ordered it for my birthday which is June 23rd which I still don't have a dress. Anyway I have been trying since I received the package to get my full refund almost a month still have to send emails back and forth to receive my $$$. First they ask you to send a picture, then you cant talk to nobody everything is email, email. Back and forth before they even send you an address to ship the dress back then once you get the address still email, back and forth. I mailed the dress back requesting a confirmation signature. So I checked tracking this morning, dressed was received and signed for. However I get an email telling me it went to the wrong address. Bull$#*! because the person you tell me to mail it too SIGNED FOR IT. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE IM STILL AWAITING A REFUND. PLEASE I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY CHARGE YOU INSURANCE FOR WHAT?. Signed ONE DAMN ANGRY CUSTOMER.
