Their work looked like it was written by a non-native English speaker. They used fancy words thinking they looked impressive and included skills I never said I had. I believe this would be thrown out without even looking at it more carefully by recruiters. I ended up writing my own resume. If you are a professional with diverse skills you are certainly more qualified to write your own resume than to throw money at these amateurs.

I spent $180 and ended up with a useless resume that wasn't even in proper English. The writer made assumptions without asking and misunderstood directions, likely because s/he was not a native English speaker. Total waste of money. Shame on me; you get what you pay for.

I submitted my old resume that I wanted to get revised and they butchered it using a terrible template, changing previous information to bullets that don't make sense. (Green font is from DevMyResume) They didn't follow up with any questions throughout the duration of 3 days, and when they were late on my resume, they merely offered in store credit.

Do yourself a favor and write the resume yourself. They hire unprofessional writers that don't know what they are doing. Then once you see how $#*! the product is, you literally have to spell out how to change it word for word. I mean this guy put in information that was just flat out wrong, like had no relation to my actual work. My resume was also 3 pages long, and the LinkedIn service was ridiculously unprofessional. We are talking grammatically unreadable. I'm not sure they even hire the writers within the US. Then, after stating all the changes I wanted to see, the writer completely ignored them. But apparently since I asked for a revision, I was not able to get a full refund (WTF?!). So here I am with a $#*! product I can do nothing with, $200 down, and am still wasting my time with their support team. It is a DRAINING experience. Do yourself a favor and write it yourself.

There are many online resume services. And choice about the best is difficult. My friend told me about Devmyresumeb when I looking for the job. I'm programmer, I like write the cod but not information about myself. This service was the best decision for me actually. I have gotten me resume within 24 hour. Next I've gotten 5 interview for 2 days. I work in the great company now. I think it means only professionals work in this company.

I signed up for an account with DevmyResume, paid to have my resume revamp and sent them an old resume of mine. Well they literally took my old resume, changed the formatting a little, made about 20 grammatical errors and sent it back to me. I told them what I wanted done but they just couldn't do what I was asking. Every copy they sent me was full of spelling or grammar errors. Their customer support reps are no help at all. I asked for a refund and they said you have 15 minutes to cancel the account when you first sign up for their service to get a refund. Oddly this company is supposed to located in Cyprus but everyone I spoke to had a Mandarin accent. I would highly recommend staying away from this company if you are looking for a professional resume writing company.

Be careful this is a total scam website! I applied for a professional CV+cover letter service from the website devmyresume.com and selected the option of 48 hours and paid 248 us dollars as a total. They kept stalling for a few days asking for more information although i sent them everything from day one! After 4 days they sent me my same old cv that i sent them, with a few words substituted with other synonyms that don't even make sense in English. I knew right away that i was scammed and i asked them for a refund. The weird thing is, if you look for devmyresume in google you will get so many other websites linking to the same website at the end, and so many fake positive reviews!. What was also strange is the poor english language they used in the messages that i got from their support, and every time with a different sender name. Luckily i paid the fees with Paypal, so i reported the scam to paypal in order to get the refund back! Please be careful from this tricky website!

Complete scam. They'll just copy-paste whatever you give them into an (ugly) template and send it back to you. And then have the audacity to offer you a 10% discount on your NEXT order when you're unsatisfied with their "work".

Anything they did add was filled with grammatical errors and was obviously not written by a someone who was fluent in English.

I had specifically requested them to contact me on the phone to go over the NOTES that I was kind enough to provide them as a starting point. They ignored my request for a call and literally copy-pasted the notes that I HAD PROVIDED THEM.

Paid for a completely new resume in three days.

I got my old resume back, on a new template.
Now they are refusing my unsatisfied refund.
