I recently joined and within 3 days they had banned my account. No email, no notification why what so ever. So I reached out to them via email. Almost a week and half later they responded. He claimed my account was locked and wouldn't be unlocked and their reasoning was I was using my personal account to promote a business and this violated their ToS. Now this is a lie. I do run my own tech blog, What I did do was followed my blog on, with other stuff as well. My blog is not a business in any way, shape or form. I tried for 3 weeks to get back in touch with them. No response what so ever. Meanwhile they still had my information on their servers. So I wrote multiple emails trying to get my account unlocked and never got one response back. Finally I tweeted to them asking for them to get my account deleted. It still hasn't happened. This company has forgotten that customers are what pays your bills and your salary. Companies that forget that soon are out of business. Stay away from, their a joke.
