Found site on the web; very straight forward information and process. Delivery was even earlier than expected.
Free shipping and no tax
Well, I think it would help to see if the appliances include accessories or not (i.e. Hoses and/or electrical cords for washing machines or dishwashers). However, I was able to chat with Russell real quick and he assured me that they are included. Problem solved pretty fast so no harm.
However, he failed to mention that the item I was inquiring about was out of stock. So I had ordered the appliance right after chatting, and then had to change my order a few days later (unless I wanted to wait 2 months.) The new appliance was slightly more expensive, but at least it was in stock. The customer service rep said he would give me the other appliance for the same price, but then he still ended up charging me the difference in price. I guess I am not terribly upset, nor am I thrilled with the customer service.
So far pricing and order placement is excellent.

Suprised to see price changes from day to day.
I was assisted by Russell in a live chat and he told me my product was in stock and that I should be able to have it delivered on the day I requested. However, there seems to have been a slight mixup and so I wound up getting delivery the following Monday instead of the Wednesday I had originally asked for. Other than that, couldn't be happier. The price was right, and our new air conditioner is perfect!
So far so good...but all I've done is place an order. Hopefully delivery is timely and everything comes in working condition...Hoping for the best!
