Very easy, and the price was amazing compared to what I saw on other websites. Like the free shipping. Only wish I had received notice of when item shipped. I had to call twice to find out when I could expect microwave to arrive even though website indicated I would be notified when it was shipped. Oh well.

I received item in great condition! So far it is working great! I had to personally contact GE as they do not supply an owners manual, but one is on the way. I had problems with not being able to pull up the whole manual online. Right now I am mostly guessing at the controls from my previous units, but all is good.
