I had a great overall experience. The chat feature was easy to use and quickly let me know my request was possible. I ended up calling in the order because of the express delivery. The customer service rep was personable, knowledgeable, quick and extremely helpful. He got the order in right away so it could get out right away. I will definitely look to designer appliances in the future.

Quick response from Customer Service. Great price for a/c. Just wish I was notified when it was shipped. My Super wasn't too happy I didn't give him the head-up. Otherwise, great service & price.

Easy to process. Hope delivery goes as smooth. Delivery was on time but delivery crew left packaging on my driveway instead of taking it with them!

This site is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Most sites are riddled with advertisements which make shopping on line a pain.
