Order placement was easy and shipping was reasonably quick. Delivery right to door was great! I have yet to try the appliance, hopefully I'll get to update this review when I do.

Very seamless shopping experience. I did not see the option for installation services when purchasing the machines. When I called DA about installation services, the company did not try to update my order to include these services or say that they offered them. I emailed DA regarding installation services and they required me to look up the serial number of the machines. Apparently the order summary that they have doesn't include this information.

Great It was due to be delivered today or tomorrow but the shipper allowed me to pick it up from the terminal early. Thanks for great service!

Helpful sales people, great selection and prices
It's been nice. The reviews made me feel safe shopping online spending this kind of money for sure. AMAZING! I received my items sooo freakin fast it was unbelievable, ESPECIALLY COMING FROM NEW JERSEY TO CALIFORNIA IT ONLY TOOK 3 DAYS TO RECEIVE MY BRAND NEW TOP OF THE LINE LG WASHER AND DRYER.

First, prices were lowest around. Easy to order, very happy with my appliances. Only issue was difficulty communicating and tracking delivery. Customer service was very prompt with initial phone call to confirm my order with shipping info. Received confirmation emails to track but link did not work. Left messages and wrote emails for 3 days without any response. Local delivery company happened to call on 4th day to arrange delivery. Later that day, I received phone call from DA in response to my earlier requests, which didn't matter now. All is well now, but really worried that I had made mistake purchasing online. Hope DA will fix link to track shipping, would have saved everyone a lot of inconvenience.

Check out was slow, but perhaps my wifi dropped when I tried to use PayPal. Then, product was was received from shipping company boxed, with no apparent damage. When opened, we found back top panel bent and missing the screws. We later found paperwork showing this item was originally sold to and returned by Home Depot. We did not realize we were purchasing a previously sold/returned product. It seems to work fine, however.
