Easy site to navigate, I found what I need right the way.
The purchase and such was great. The extensive wait for delivery was frustrating at best. The trucking company was horrible recording their tracking and not very friemdly when I called. However the gentlemen that actually delivered our order were great.
Good so far, we shall see if you live up to promises.
There was a problem with the delivery company: They called me only once with an automated message. (which I didn't hear very well because of outside noise)
When I called back without the tracking number, they had no record of my order. A few days later I called them back with the help of your company, and my order was delivered the next day. Thank you so much for your help. It would have been a big help, though, if you had communicated more frequently via email and if you had stated the name of the delivery company, maybe, on the receipt.
It was a great experience. I was hesitant to order appliances online, but the savings were so great that I decided to go for it. The items were shipped in the time frame that I was provided at checkout. One item arrived damaged; however it WAS NOT due to Designer Appliances or the delivery company. Given the type of damage, I was supposed to contact GE directly but Designer Appliances stepped in did a three way call so that all of the appropriate questions were asked and answered by GE. They even went as far as to follow up with GE and myself to make sure that a replacement was being sent. Designer Appliances has outstanding customer service and I would definitely purchase from them again.

Internet site was relatively easy to use and chat line was very responsive. The delivery service they use, AM Home Delivery, was not as reliable. They did not arrive until 30 minutes after the 4 hour window expired, and they never contacted us to inform us that they were running late, nor did they apologize for being late. We also discovered that they put a small ding in the wall.
A little problem with FedEx vs FedEx SmartPost but we resolved it. Overall it was a good experience and we received what we wanted.

Easy interface, easy financing when ordering. I did have to call and ask about delivery myself, no one got in touch for a few days after buying the product, which looks bad. The rep's excuse was that the company is busy, which is quite stupid, we're all busy.
Great Prices
Easy to find what I needed. However, the product was listed as in stock and would be shipped in 48 hours but took about 3 weeks. It was Miele hardware. Price is nonnegotiable but saved on tax and shipping and appreciated that.
