Later- The delivery time was longer than stated, however - 8 Days vs 48 hours, as advertised on website. Otherwise, product and price were perfect.

Easy to use website
Pricing is the best around! Website is easy to navigate. Scary buying this much stuff online... But, everything went well all the way through delivery. AM Trucking delivered the items and even though I didn't pay for white glove delivery the gentlemen unboxed everything and went over the condition with me, then boxed everything back up and helped me store them too! We are building a house and weren't quite ready for install yet, so the help was much appreciated. I did have a small dent in one door of the fridge that Designer Appliances is still working with me on a solution, but so far they have been prompt at contacting me to help out.
Great the only things the base did not fit my washer & dryer as said by your customer service person so I had to make adjustments to make them fit.

I ordered an exterior vent cover and it came damaged. It was placed in a cardboard box with no packing material and got all bent up. I was not impressed.
So far, experience is good; delivery was on time and very prompt. I have not heard of Designer Appliances before but this experience overall was better than other highly rated on lines sites
