Design Dua

My daughter-in-law wanted this for her second pregnancy but now really need it for her third. With 2 small boys, it will be super helpful to carry the bassinet from room to room. She loved the pink weave for her soon to be arriving daughter. It was everything she wanted. The basket is beautiful. Sheets were ordered as well and came first. I was concerned that the bassinet would arrive after her shower. I reached out to customer support and it was delivered in plenty of time. A wonderful gift and wonderful experience.

I was shipped a dog bed that had no cushion in it. They no short of called me a liar and offered NO solution unless I wanted to file a fed ex claim. I have no clue if it was fed ex or their facility that is at fault. I purchased many other items from them in the past and honestly feel like they have a decent product but way over priced. The only reason I purchased this new dog bed is because it matched my other dog bed in my bedroom. After this never again. To spend $155 on a dog basket with not bed is obsurd and then to be treated like an idiot for contacting them is beyond ridiculous. On top of this I contacted them on the day I received the bed and I"m writing this review a day shy of 2 weeks later because it's taken them this long to deal with the issue.

Overall love the basket and stand design. The basket slopes down on each end, so that is making me nervous to put my newborn in it for sleep. The SnuggleMe also doesn't fit, which is okay, I thought that it would though.

Website was good. No problem finding what I was looking for and contact regarding shipping and arrival of item was appreciated. The box it was in was busted on one end the tape was loose. Item was fine but you may want to use more tape.

I've gotten so many compliments on the Dua Design Moses Pod and now liner. I bought a basket from a friend whose mom handmakes baskets to the same measurements as Dua and other makers and the liner and pod for well enough.

I wanted to write this review because the other reviews on this site nearly deterred me from purchasing from Design Dua so I want to provide a counterpoint. I purchased the Moses basket & changing basket combination along with the stand and some extra sheets. My items just arrived, so haven't used with baby yet, but they are well made and beautiful. With the liner in the moses basket, the inside of the basket is very soft. The leather color is as pictured. My order shipped super fast - much faster than I was expecting. I ordered on a Thursday or Friday and everything arrived just a few days later on Wednesday. I was so pleasantly surprised! The prices were very reasonable for handmade products. The company has many positive Etsy reviews which is what eventually swayed me to go ahead with my order but I wanted to leave a positive review on this page.

The changing basket is stunning and sturdy. It comes with a great liner and cover, both of which are soft. We're excited for how this is still practical as a changing pad while all-around gorgeous, sustainably sourced, and ethically made, unlike other changing pads out there.

Not only Design Dua has an exceptional handmade very high quality product yet also their Customer Service is absolutely wonderful. I had some delivery issue with my order due to the shipping company had had mixed up my home address yet the customer care team was so helpful and supportive through the process of recovering my items. Design Dua is very responsive, helpful, professional company, which takes care of their clients in every aspect of the business. I personally can't be more happy and satisfied with my order and would highly recommended this business to everyone!

Hands down, our favorite item for our littlest love. It was easy to assemble and beautifully made. One of the legs was slightly scratched (but it's the one that would face inward). Didn't know the tan brown leather would look soo orangey but still very nice.

Beautiful pieces! I don't just love the aesthetic of these pieces, but also how easy it is to maneuver in our small space. Quick shipping and so thankful because baby arrived earlier than expected! Easy instructions - I was able to easily put together the stand by myself, while 9 months pregnant.

This is my 3rd time ordering from this company. I have ordered Moses baskets for my sister and 2 close friends as baby shower gifts. The craftsmanship is the best I've seen and the patterns and colors are absolutely beautiful. I looked at a lot of different stores (local and online) before landing on this one. I was a little hesitant to buy at first because it's not local and I didn't know what I would end up with, but I'm happy I took the chance. Each time I received my order during the estimated delivery time and it was well packaged. This is now my go to store for baby shower gifts and I've pretty much earned the reputation of being the "basket lady" amongst my family and friends. They all loved their gifts and thought they were very unique. I can't wait to buy one for my next child!

I bought this bassinet for our living room since we spend so much time there with our newborn and I wanted something that was beautiful and functional for the space. I am so in love with this piece, it shipped so quickly and came exactly as pictured. I've gotten so many compliments on it from friends and family and the best and most important thing is my daughter seems to really like it and naps in it beautifully.

I received a changing basket from Design Dua and it is absolutely beautiful. Arrived on time. It fits wonderfully on our dresser. The quality is great, and I have no doubt it will be a wonderful place to change my baby when she finally decides to make her arrival!

We had a small hiccup with our order and they responded to the email super fast and determined a replacement was needed and then shipped a new one out that very day. The customer service was excellent and they were very kind. The bassinet is absolutely beautiful. I would buy from this company again

I received the basinet as a gift and it's beautiful. I bought the caddy to match but found that they materials used were not the same. It was disappointing.

I purchased the Moses Basket, as I like to call it, for my daughter's baby sprinkle! I also ordered the rocker stand and filled it with lots of fun monogrammed clothes and stuffed animals. Everyone there thought it was very unique and loved the rocker feature! Not your grandma's bassinet!

My mother bought us a Moses basket (which we now realize is apparently called a bilia bassinet) for her new grandchild, and my wife and I struggled to put him in it because the walls would scratch his head. After some searching, we found this sheet and decided to give it a shot. It arrived very quickly (almost a week before projected delivery), and it perfectly fits over the entire basket and pads its walls so that he won't rub his head against the rough sides.

Very satisfied with our beautiful bassinet. Did not come misshapen and was well packed. The instructions for putting together the fixed stand were not entirely clear, but was able to manage putting it together by myself. We have ordered more waterproof mattress liners since one is not enough when dealing with blowouts.
