Design Dua

So far everything I have gotten from this company has been high quality! I love everything I have got. The sleep gowns, nursing pillow, and bassinet are all amazing. Love them!

I had a few questions about this natural fiber bassinet and my questions were quickly answered. I was very happy to get this and give as a beautiful baby gift

We purchased the bbassinet, stand, sheet and basket cover and basket liner. All came in our order and we were very impressed with how well packaged the basket came. We are excited to use it soon!

I found out about Design Dua from Instagram and am so thankful. The bassinet came very quickly! Great packaging, we LOVE the design, and are happy to support the mission of this business.

Sadly, I have to agree with the other reviewer. I wish I had never given them my business. There are other companies with beautiful products at comparable prices, and they HAVE to be friendlier and more professional than Design Dua. I wish I'd ordered from anyone else.

After spending almost $400 on baskets and stands and bedding, it's impossible to speak with a customer service rep on the phone. The owner said that is not an option. The service rep, Grace, comes across as cold, and doesn't seem to understand the screenshots or comments from my emails. She just keeps telling me to refer to their homepage, which doesn't answer why it appears something might be missing from my order. I sent a screenshot showing that my order says " PLUS Cotton Bedding," which made me think it was included (since I also chose the option from the drop down menu when I ordered."

The owner explained today that I added that option from the wrong page (?) and it didn't show up in my cart (even though my order says " PLUS Cotton Bedding." I am an avid online shopper and still do not understand what she means that I added it from the wrong page. I cannot even find a different option to add the bedding I thought I ordered. SO CONFUSING.

My highest recommendation is to avoid this company, and order from the others who sell beautiful bassinets, stands, and changing baskets for similar prices. It simply is not worth it to do business with them.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item for the bassinet I have. They quickly replaced the item for the correct one and it showed up at my door correctly! Such a relief for a very pregnant mom!

Very Good / Quick Delivery I had ordered one for another shower months ago but felt that the recipient would not like it so was happy to see that for this new recipient it was on her list

We love all of your products. We love the wicker dua bassinet. I was wondering if you have a cover/slip that could cover the bottom of the wicker bassinet to protect it?

Easy to order and like that I got free shipping on this expense item. Do not like FedEx they gave me 3 different delivery days.
