This Moses basket was just what I was looking for, and I was so happy to get it on sale at a great price. I feel giddy with excitement when I see it and can't wait for our little boy to get to snuggle up in it soon. It came on time, clean, and in perfect condition. Very happy.

I ordered a pet bed for a 30" donut cushion. The basket is just beautiful and arrived in perfect condition.
The weaving is tight, true to form, and a fresh blonde color. The bed I had fit into it perfectly and it looks SO much nicer than just the cushion alone. Shipping was a snap. The basket arrived from Ghana in less than a week! Everything was easy about the purchase and I will no doubt be back for another bed!
I was shipped a dog bed that had no cushion in it. They no short of called me a liar and offered NO solution unless I wanted to file a fed ex claim. I have no clue if it was fed ex or their facility that is at fault. I purchased many other items from them in the past and honestly feel like they have a decent product but way over priced. The only reason I purchased this new dog bed is because it matched my other dog bed in my bedroom. After this never again. To spend $155 on a dog basket with not bed is obsurd and then to be treated like an idiot for contacting them is beyond ridiculous. On top of this I contacted them on the day I received the bed and I"m writing this review a day shy of 2 weeks later because it's taken them this long to deal with the issue.
I am so disappointed in Designdua. A changing basket was purchased via my baby registry, and because it was a gift was not realized to have been stolen until 6 weeks after it was purchased. I loved the basket so much, and this is my first baby. The customer service team was extremely untimely. I had to reach out numerous times, and when they did finally get back to me they basically told me that they wanted nothing to do with helping me. Route, the insurance that the gift giver paired extra for, only covers the first two weeks, which I'm sure 9 out of 10 times is outside when most recipients of gifts finally feel comfortable enough asking the gift giver to track the package as it's rude. The care team had absolutely no care for me even though it would have been so simple to send a new basket. I have no respect for the way they handle business now. Might as well have gone to a large company if I wanted to be treated like just a number.
I was super excited after reading good reviews to purchase a mattress pad however when I received the mattress it was very hard and uncomfortable. I never used it just felt it and when asking to return I was told I couldn't do to opening. How can I feel material without opening? Very unfortunate and unprofessional.
I received this "handmade" basket after spending over $200 on it. The basket is lop sided, the tag isn't centered (handmade so again, not considered a defect) and my "leather" handles were bright orange. Needless to say, contacting customer service is a waste of time. They will not take ownership in their jacked up basket! Instead I get to pay to have it shipped back and then have my shipping of the original basket taken out of my refund even if it was free shipping as part of a promo with purchasing! Beware people! I'm stuck with a messed up basket!

I loved my Moses pod. Unfortunately, the first time I tried to wash the casing, the zipper totally broke, rendering the Moses pod useless.
I contacted customer service. Since it had been some time since the purchase (I received it before my baby was born), I didn't even expect a refund or replacement. I just wanted to buy a new case, which they apparently do not sell separately. They encouraged me to buy a "cover" which explicitly states in the description that it does not work as a replacement casing. When I pointed that out, they told me the only way to get a new case was to buy a new Moses pod.
So, I spent 80 dollars on a product that lasted for only one baby.
We are sad to see we were unable to satisfy you with our service. We stand behind all our products and parts but unfortunately, the actual pod was broken after use. The purchase was made over one year ago. It was not just the additional cover, which we do sell and would happily send to our customer. The additional covers for the moses pod can not replace the original casing for the cushion. We advised the customer that although this could help it was not advisable due to safety reasons. We purchased the item from a gift registry. When it arrived, we simply had 2 baskets. Yes, nice quality, but how do I get a bassinet with no base. It shows it in the photo. I understand the display has to look nice to sell, but I ordered a bassinet. I did not know they came without legs or a base. I am disappointed in the product but it is a gift that my family had on her registry. I hope she knows she is getting 2 baskets. I still may check with customer service. Shipping was prompt though.
This "business" charged our credit credit card and shipped us something. The courier never delivered it despite the address being a commercial mail receiving facility open during business hours. The package was returned to the sender because it was never delivered. We had to threaten a chargeback to get them to refund us, it was a fight. Following this there were 6-7 emails back and forth about why they can't refund the shipping fee.
The customer purchased an item as a gift for someone else. The item was shipped to the recipient and we were contacted by the recipient that they could not receive the item from Fedex because they traveled overseas. They stated that they would not be back for over a week so Fedex should return the package to our warehouse. We explained that we will be unable to refund shipping fee and asked if it could be forwarded to someone else for them. The recipient did not wish for us to do this and we explained that upon return back to the warehouse the shipping fee can not be refunded. The recipient agreed. Upon receipt the customer (who purchased the gift) was refunded for the item which the giftee did not want to receive. He contacted us upset that the item was not delivered. The gift recipient was not available to receive the item and asked for us to proceed this way. There was no fight or threat of chargeback in order to refund, we received the items and refunded according to the return policy. All funds were refunded except the shipping fee. Thank You

This basket has been the baby item that i was most excited to purchase and receive! It is so beautiful i want to cry when i look at it! I was nervous that because i was so excited i wasn't sure if i had built it up too much in my head, but it arrived so quickly and was even more beautiful in person! It did not disappoint!

As for the doll bassinet, it's so cute and beautiful. The brand tag wasn't sewn on centered though so that's annoying for my brain to process every time I look at it.
We had ordered another moses basket bassinet online from a boutique in Canada, super excited, and when it came we were soooo disappointed. We were surprised to find Design Dua's online when we returned the other one, that it was still less expensive than the other one, WITH a bonus lounger pod... and better quality!

Our return policy was shared and we offered to customize a Nap & Pack basket in dark brown leather to send to her.
