I loved my Moses pod. Unfortunately, the first time I tried to wash the casing, the zipper totally broke, rendering the Moses pod useless.
I contacted customer service. Since it had been some time since the purchase (I received it before my baby was born), I didn't even expect a refund or replacement. I just wanted to buy a new case, which they apparently do not sell separately. They encouraged me to buy a "cover" which explicitly states in the description that it does not work as a replacement casing. When I pointed that out, they told me the only way to get a new case was to buy a new Moses pod.
So, I spent 80 dollars on a product that lasted for only one baby.
We are sad to see we were unable to satisfy you with our service. We stand behind all our products and parts but unfortunately, the actual pod was broken after use. The purchase was made over one year ago. It was not just the additional cover, which we do sell and would happily send to our customer. The additional covers for the moses pod can not replace the original casing for the cushion. We advised the customer that although this could help it was not advisable due to safety reasons. Thank you.
