Design Crowd Suddenly closed my ID without any notice or any warnning
While on asking again and again my Question about some Designers ID always break roles and their ID's still active after closing ID the reinstating, They did not reply my questions
As Designer working hard and suddnely got bane really very stressfull, they give reason thay my feedback is negative while I have good ratings and feedback on logo 3.5 out of 5

Designs get rejected too easily for not hitting very specific and poorly defined criteria. I would highly recommend to stay away from this site.

Luego de subir 4 o 5 diseños, todo esto luego de enviarte 2 correos de verificación por cada logo que envías (intensos), uno de watchlist y otro verificando que estás participando, te banean por siempre y así de fácil te roban las ideas y hasta información personal. Luego vienen aquí a ver qué escribes y te acusan de frustrado y de que tú eres el que no sirve. Racistas, sin creatividad. Gracias por desearme el bien fuera de su circo, que lindo detalle de personas tan miserables.

I'm an architect, professional 3D, and 2D designer with more than 10 years of experience. I'm registered on many platforms, such as Upwork, 99Designs, Fiverr, etc. I have a lot of happy clients and winning contests.
One day I was found this little DesignCrowd platform. I decided to look closer at it and try to make some work there. I finished registration and started the contest The Produce Truck's logo.
I saved several variants in GPEG format (2000x2000 pxls) like everybody is making at 99Designs. Big white borders with a small logo in the middle. This is making for a better understanding of the logo. Cause when you are saving the logo on the whole image you can't understand how it looks.
So I saved 4 variants of the logo and uploaded 4 images on the DesignCrowd.
But firstly there was a notification that they should check the quality of my works before the client will see it. It will take several days, but the contest should finish earlier. I was ANGRY, cause I've spent my time for nothing. Instead of the client seeing my work, it should be evaluated by some kind of incompetent staff.
But this was not enough. You know what?
This stupid staff sent me messages that my work has low quality. And because I've uploaded one by one 4 work in one time, I've got 4 messages like this. They even didn't understand that. That I've already uploaded all my works before I've got their answer. I couldn't change anything even if I wanted to do that.
And after that, I've got the message that my "DesignCrowd account will be closed and cannot be re-opened at this time."
Even when I was trying to explain the situation to the support they didn't want to understand me. They wish me well with my design journey outside of the DesignCrowd marketplace.
Can you imagine how stupid they are? They have a little platform that wants to compete with much bigger platforms. The highly professional designers want to work there. But just because of one little misunderstanding this incompetent staff making a decision that a highly professional designer can't do this, FOREVER!

He consultado al soporte porque les funciona mal la página. La primer respuesta fue erronea ya que el feedback no se refleja cuando el concurso finaliza. En la segunda respuesta me dijeron que funciona mal la web. Mientras tanto solo contablizan los feedbacks que te bajan el score y no los que suman.
