Where do they get off telling designers how to design?
Why wouldn't they let the customer decide?
They cheat everyone.

• Designs received within minutes of listing going live (zero consideration given).
• 90% of designs were stock images from Pond5, Shutterstock, Adobe Stock etc.
• 90% of designer included elements which I had specifically stated I did NOT want.
• Remaining 10% lacked any creativity and looked very dated.
• Not sure anyone read the detailed brief I provided.
• Money back guarantee is a total con. You get a portion back and it takes 10 days.
• Avoid at all costs.

I have provided the designers with what I'm looking for in a project and then provided feedback to what they presented, each time they have come up with an ever better outcome that what I was originally thinking. You do have control over what is done and the outcome that you receive.
