I have been purchasing Derma E products for several years now and have yet to try a product of theirs I didn't like. I have dry, aging skin that is acne prone and sometimes sensitive and their vitamin c and retinol products have been a perfect match for my skin. Shipping is free over $35 and they always have great deals on their website so I recommend purchasing directly from them. However, you may have to wait a little to get the best deal for you. Make sure to create an account so you can collect points for future purchases!
This product is offered through my UHC benefits and supplied through Walmart. So, I thought I'd give it a try. When it arrived, NEITHER the box nor the outer cap was sealed. In fact, the cap was loose enough that some of the content had gotten out of the jar into the inner top corners of the screw cap, with the thin, inner lid obviously loose as well. I am afraid to use this. WHY is this not a sealed product.?! Anyone with a sick sense of humor or a grudge could easily taint these with something dangerous. And who knows how much was actually in the container to begin with, as mine looked only about 3/4 full. I DID smooth it out on top, as it was very lopsided to get a feel of it on my fingers. I have tried for 4 days to contact Customer service there at *******344. I repeatedly get the same, "we are too busy to bother with you at this time" EVERY time and tell you to leave a message. Today was the third or fourth (lost count) and I marked it as URGENT. If they are selling potentially unsafe materials and don't even have the courtesy of either answering the phone or returning my and probably other people's calls regarding this situation, I say AVOID like the plague. Additionally, in my message today, I said they had until 5 PM TODAY to respond or I WILL contact both my Connecticut Attorney General Tong as well as the FDA. I have had it with such horrendous Customer Service from a company I received an iffy product from. A FAIL of a company, in my opinion.

I was a regular and loyal customer for years, and only returned one item in a decade or more. I recently placed an order, used a code they provided and cashed in my points, leaving only the shipping as a balance. I was informed via email that they cancelled my order. Customer Service told me it was probably because they no longer deliver to post office boxes. I live on a private lane with no box at the physical address, and FedEx is not delivering here. They did not respond to that information and continued to send offers. I have unsubscribed them and found alternative cruelty free products. Ceramedx is actually better for my skin. I never liked that some Derma E products had fragrance that was not pleasant, nor that they keep discontinuing and replacing products. Happy to be away from them.

I love Derma E skin products! I love their facial moisturizer the most. Derma E is my go to brand for skin care!
I like this collection . the nightime makeup removing wipes and the nightime biotin repair skin oil. Very nice
