TERRIBLE
June 12, 2021

First of all, the site is trash. Any link that has to do with you tracking your order or getting a refund, doesn't work. I've called customer service 4 times to send me the return label as it wasn't working in their site, and the claimed it takes 2-3 business days which is bull. It's been a week & still no label. Overall they have terrible customer service. If you want the product you can go to Dermstore.com

Ordered a product from dermablend.com and was given the wrong shade. I shipped it back 3 days after receiving it in the Middle of April 2019. Were in July and still no refund. I've reached out to them via email and it's been mind games. Horrible customer service. Stick to your local stores, dont deal with corporate because its bullcrap.

I have used Dermablend for many years from the days of the originator, Flory Roberts. L'Oreal bought the product and tried to make it into a cosmetic, rather than what it was designed for, to cover up blemishes, and they ruined the formula.

The product that is now Dermablend Leg and Body comes off on clothing WAY AFTER it has allegedly dried, unlike the original formula which dried. It makes a terrible mess on your clothes to the point that I am now trying to find another cover-up.

In conclusion, while I can certainly sympathize with other like me who wish to cover up blemishes, the mess that the product makes on clothing and anything else it comes i contact with is totally unacceptable. Worst of all if you try to get the residue off after it supposedly dries, you are left with no cover up.

My recommendation is that you not buy this product anymore, and let L'Oreal continue to market it as a quasi cosmetic and not an acceptable cover up..
