I was scammed, the product you had on your site changed the price after i already paid for it, and than you cancelled the order, that should be illegal, this is the last time i or any of my many friends will be shopping in your site, i will make sure of that, i feel cheated, in a regular store the store would honor the wrong price if that would be the case, i am very disappointed in the service i have received and angry.
Item was in stock on the website. Ordered and received confirmation. Cancelled my other order at another store (cheaper price but back ordered). The next day received a call saying there was a stock error and my order needed to be canceled. Now waiting on new stock at a higher price Thani was waiting for at the other store but don't want to risk going to the back of the queue.
Just released item was ordered from DeployDepot, and arrived in a reasonable time. Packaging was good and item was undamaged on arrival. Good service. A bit pricey, but the item has not been on the market long enough to be on sale, yet. I have ordered from DeployDepot before this, and I will order from them again.
I had excelled communication with the Customer Service people and they were able to assist with pointing me to products compatible with our equipment. However, the website doesn't have full details of each product so I was taking a chance on my order and now I have to place another order because I couldn't be confident the products would be compatible until they were physically received.
Ordered two Thule OutRide bike adaptors. Both had damaged boxes and were delivered on two different deliveries...
I don't blame it on UPS, as I doubt they purposely decided to have those delivered in two drops.
I had to have the driver wait so I can validate the contend potential damage. One had minor scratches, but I decided I wouldn't spend the time claiming for a replacement. It is on the car now, and I placed the scratch towards the center of the roof so it is hardly noticeable.
Was very impressed with how quickly I received the network switches that I ordered, will definitely do more business in the future. Thanks!
I am deeply unsatisfied with Deploy Depot. I ordered 4 Ubiquiti ViewPort PoEs well over a month ago and nothing has arrived. I've called Deploy Depot to try and get help, but nobody has returned my call or fixed the shipping issue. I'm currently out 1,200 Canadian Dollars and behind on a critical project. If DeployDepot reaches out to me and gets my order to me in a timely fashion, I will update this review.
Headset works well. Good sound. Three different size earpieces that are comfortable even after a 9:00 to 5:00 day. The over-the-ear part is much more comfortable than the Plantronics CS540 that starts hurting after an hour, let alone a full day.

I purchased the Telkonika RUT950 as an internet solution for a cottage using an existing cellular contact I have with Bell. I am pretty happy with the results. Only complaint is that the device seems to have some difficulty connecting through a cellular booster. Took a while to get it to work. The issue may be with the booster I have which is I think an older model.
I received my delivery before the status on the webpage was updated. While I really appreciate the speed and love supporting a local business, I shouldn't have to call to follow up on an order because I haven't received any updates.
Bought the Ubiquiti UniFi UAP-AC-PRO Access Point. First time customer, and hadn't really heard of Deploy Depot previously, so I made the purchase with a little trepidation about the level of service. I need not have worried. Quality product, good price and fast shipping. Kept me informed via email throughout the process. First class service, highly recommended.
I ordered 120 patch cord cables 6 inches long. Some of them are 5 inches, the majority is 6 inches, some of them 7 inches and one 8 inches. I would have like to have them all the same lenght wich is more nice looking.
Unifi Access points on the website indicated no POE injectors and needed to be purchased separately. I purchased 2 POE Injectors and when I received the products the AP units actual had POE injectors so unwanted my money on purchasing them. Make sure you confirm that they do or don't have them included. I contacted the online customer service chat and they told me to purchase the ones I did so obviously don't work for me.
From start to fast finish and follow-up, I was knocked out by your exceptionally high standards - every detail regarding my order was covered.
