My husband placed an order for Denny's through DoorDash. The drivers kept changing and the order never got picked up or delivered. Husband decided to go to Denny's to pick up the order and they refused to give him the food he paid for. They then refused him a refund. DoorDash also refused to refund for services paid for but not delivered on.

My husband and I went to the Denny's in Garner NC. The Manager Regina seated us and took our drink orders and brought them to our table. Within a couple of minutes Makayla P came by and took our food order. We had our meal in about 10-15 minutes. The service here was excellent, Makayla was very professional, kept coming to our table to see if there was anything we needed. Regina also came by our table several times to see if everything was okay. I would recommend this location to my friends and would come back again.

My husband and I stopped in at the Dennys in North Platt, NE. Off Interstate 80. All the employees that were on duty (4 waitresses and the manager) were in the back/kitchen talking with each other! Dirty tables (7) that never got cleaned the whole time we were there! Customers were waiting for Togo orders, customers waiting to pay, customers waiting to be seated, customers walking away because they didn't want to wait anymore! The food was too greasy!

Took my mother there for breakfast it was a late breakfast around 2am the restaurant was packed we were greeted promptly and sat our server Tina was there in a matter of seconds she took our drink order and informed us that she was making a fresh pot of coffee for us very much appreciated our food came out hot and promptly which was surprising due to how busy they were out server Tina never lost her cool even when she got triple sat she kept our coffee hot and check back with us a couple times she was delightful and very informed about the menu the manager Dawn checked us out and was very friendly I have to give it to them they were extremely busy but yet they were on top of it food was great thank you Denny's the breakfast with my elderly mother which I may not have a chance to have much longer was a delightful experience and I will most definitely be talking you up

Went to the Denny's/San Antonio Wonderland location on July 5th, was brought a menu & glass of water at approximately 2:18pm, server said he would return to take the order. There were very few customers at the time, however after waiting for 22 minutes decided to leave due to the fact that the server or his fellow servers ever followed up to take my order. This may have been an isolated incident but it does reflect on the quality of Denny's service. Check your videos for confirmation

Denny's on 8243 S. John Young Parkway is one of the few that still has that old diner look and feel to it. Manager Javonne took my order and didn't miss a beat. One of the few managers that you see actually working. They were pretty busy on a Sunday but the crew pulled it off. Shout out to Katie in the kitchen who kept everything in order and cooked my food exactly the way I ordered it. The service was exceptional. Kudos to Javonne for a great job!

Free Birthday breakfast for my boyfriend, him and I went to Dennys today to celebrate his birthday it was a nice day. The server was nice and had all our stuff out on the plates within 15 min the location on Hilltop in Redding it's clean and they didn't have strawberry syrup I asked and the waiter was nice he found some strawberry smoothie stuff they use for there drinks and it tasted really good on the pancakes I bought and I bought the side fruit bowl was good and light. He had a Dennys grandSlam and we both had coffees.

Slow service food was cold and over priced! Stay away from flying j dennys in haw river North Carolina!

Had a wonderful lunch at Denver's in Medford Oregon. Staff was great, wait was short and food great thanks

It's very difficult to find beer batter onion rings I had them tonight at Denny's they were delicious. I also had chicken fried steak and it was also delicious the service was great Melissa was my server she was new and she did an excellent job thank you.

Wow! I saw the picture on Denny's menu and my mouth drooled! It looked delicious and when it came I was not disappointed! The beef patties were juicy and thick, hot off the grill. The double cheese had melted right into the cracks. I had a hard time wrapping my mouth round it. Thank goodness the fluffy bun squished down so I could eat it. It was a 3 napkin burger!

I have breakfest here most mornings, and sometimes do lunch. My food is always great, and the service is great too. We love Denny's in Kingsland Ga.

I just got home from this place. I was there a little under one and a half hours. I had my twins with me and they ordered off the child's menu and I ordered a small steak with a salad and fries. 50 minutes later the waitress brings the kid's food and tells me my salad is coming soon and I said can you just bring the steak too and she said I did not order a steak for you. I said just cancel my order as we have been waiting long enough so I sat there while my kids ate, told the manager I would like to pay for my kids since my steak was never ordered. She did not charge me for kids as they eat free so that is the one star. I cannot believe I am typing this now- be warned. Horrible experience and a waste of my time! Dennys corporate is run by luciferian pedophiles and they only allow people from their group to own one of their stores. Don't eat at Denny's you are supporting pedophiles if you do.

Bad Food and Service!
It took forever for them to give us a table, they just kept ignoring us.
Finally we got a table, waitress took our order for drinks, coffee with cream and water No ice.
We got coffee, ICE Water, no sugar on table we used sugar from another table, no cream, no silverware we used the water straw to stir the coffee.
Any way She came back my daughter ordered steakhouse deluxe bowl and I ordered the prime rib Cobb salad.
Well she came back a little to fast with the order, guess what it was almost cold like they just put it to warm up and my "PRIME RIB" tasted awful! And smelled awful too.
I took me like 5 min. To get a hold of the waitress, no like they were busy they had only 3 tables with customers.
When I told her what happened and she didn't even offer an apology. I told her I didn't want the beef that tasted rotten and smelled awful and her answer was REALLY? They make everything fresh. FRESH! My beef was cold how it was it fresh.
She went back to the kitchen took the beef off and brought me th he same Salad and told me that she out a little more lettuce where the beef was. Also no avocado or the sticks the ones they put instead of croutons.
Any way when she gave me the ticket and I went to pay I was expecting that she take the charges of the beef, guess what nope! I had to pay the whole ticket when I ask her why she was charging me for the beef, she said, well my manager is not here and I can get in trouble if I don't charge you for it.
Come on! Who leaves a restaurant unsupervised a least they should have an assistant manager or some one that can take care of a situation like this.
Well I paid everything but for sure we are not coming back to this location ever!

By the way I didn't eat the Salad.
My Salad didn't had what is circuled and the second picture shows a big chunk of old lettuce.
And I tipped the waitress just because I felt sorry for her been there.

I used to love Denny's back in the '70s, '80s and into the '90s. They had great servers, clean and quiet restaurants, and good quality food back then. Then things started to change for the worse: Understaffed restaurants, rude servers, poor service, food quality greatly suffered and then Denny's began installing those stupid jukeboxes in their restaurants. Every Denny's I've been in that has a jukebox is played very, very, very loud. I've asked on a number of occasions to please turn the volume down and the manager refused. Denny's is not a dance club, night club or a dive bar. It's supposed to be a quiet family friendly restaurant. Why blast that horrible '50s doo wop music or whatever other junk that they play at top volume? It's ridiculous! I don't know who (or what) they're trying to appeal to. But as long as Denny's wants to break the sound barrier with dreadfully loud music in their restaurants, then I'm done with Denny's and so is my family, coworkers and friends. Good riddance.
