I ordered my glasses late on a Thursday evening and received them early Monday morning.
I absolutely love them and will be ordering more. Great quality for the cost!
I have been purchasing from debspecs for several years. I have nothing but great things to say. I want to start off by applauding the customer service since their number one priority is customer satisfaction. They are quick, reliable, cheap, and always post new glasses on their website. I have been and will remain a customer of debspecs for life.
Website did not process my order when I tried to order with credit card. Contacted support and they said to try again. Ordered with Paypal and was told I would receive my shipment Monday. Instead, I got a note stating there was a delivery confirmation and no one was present. Debspecs was not helpful at all, promising me multiple times I would have my item before I had to go out of town. I never received the item and they were unwilling or unable to contact their shipping vendor to sort out the situation. Perhaps they should choose a different shipping vendor which does not have a notorious reputation for failure.
I have eye problems and I have to go out of town and work remotely using a small laptop screen. I am now back to square one trying to find another pair of glasses because I never received my item. BUYER BEWARE. BAD SERVICE.
I placed an order a week ago and was told I'd get an email confimation and would receive the glasses in two business days. After waiting seven days, I called to discover they mailed them to the wrong zip code. Their comments on customer satisfaction is hog wash. They were rude, continually interrupted me mid-sentence. They charged me shipping on a free shipment order. They tried to blame the post office for their mistake of the wrong zip code. Finally, the owner rudely interrupted the phone call, impolitely told me off and cancelled the order and hung up on me. Now, I ask is that customer satisfaction quaranteed or what?
It's so painfully obvious that this very long string of glowing reviews is fake. I have messaged over and over and over and over and over and over, every few days, requesting a refund and instructions on what to do, yet I'm deliberately ignored for 20-some days and counting, because they had no problem sending me a message telling me how important people like me are to them. I even asked them if I need to print my own label, still no answer. They don't intend to help me, EVEN after I had already reordered the glasses in the correct diopter. Now, it's probably too late to return them, I've no idea. Perhaps they're stalling long enough for the return period to be up, so they can refuse them on legitimate grounds. PRETTY SHABBY DEALINGS FOR A 1.5 MILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS. I mean, if I were that wealthy, I'd be wearing prescription lenses, nah I'd have laser surgery, ah but I don't even have vision insurance or decent healthcare at all for that matter. Guess I'll be donating this pair (since I can't see out of them) to Good Will in this company's name.
Too slow to ship. After 5 days where order was in the "processing" stage, I called and was told they would be shipping tomorrow. After 2 day, I called and cancelled the order.
Sorry guys, if you want to compete in the online shopping world, you need to get a better handle on fulfilling orders in a timely mannor.
Also, no apologies when I called. I guess they don't care for my business.

Can you private message me so I can look up your order? Our goal is to ship everything within 1 business day or less. Certain "custom made" products can sometimes take longer, but it is noted on the product. In the few instances when this is not possible, we attempt to get in touch with everyone by phone or email. I'm very sorry if the rep did not apologize, as this is not our policy.

Ive ordered three different times now bc I like the unique styles, especially multifocals which arnt easy to find at a reasonable price. Unusual to find a web company that has such a high degree of service with quick helpful responses.
I had been looking for bifocal polarized sunglass readers and found them here. Just what I wanted but when I received them, unfortunately they had a couple of scratches on them. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a replacement pair of which were in perfect condition... Received both pair in less that a week of placing order. Will definitely order from this company again! Thanks!

Fantastic frames and their customer service is great. Even though they took long time to come to South Africa it was SO worth the wait. I am getting loads of compliments on the frames!
So this happened... my eyes are not loving the whole... situation... with working at home. Job is mostly working in 2 docs at once, 100+ pages of legalese, and going back'n'forth on a 15" laptop is no bueno. Going blind. So I get into a chat window with a rep for a company that sells schmancy readers (mine were $8 or some $#*!, no wonder they suck). Person turns out to be the owner, from Brooklyn, we chat NYC $#*! for a minute. She tells me there might be a delay in the ones I want, because she sends them to be made. But then! She's all lemme see what I have in stock... comes back, all omg, i have one pair, I'll send them, YOU CAN PAY ME LATER (!) Then she takes $10 off the $50 price (!) I'm not even ASKING for any of this. She is a star.
Will update after I try them, for now, this is all customer service.

I was searching for glasses for reading and the computer. I called Debby Burk and the customer service representative was delightful and very helpful. She guided me through the web site and I found the perfect pair of glasses! The glasses are a multi focal so I can use them to read, use the computer and even watch tv. I could not be happier! I receive so many compliments on the style and look! I wouldn't shop anywhere else!
The glasses that I received were perfect and the customer service was fantastic. Definitely my go to from now on!

I had purchased computer glasses from Debspecs in the past and really loved the way my eyes felt soo relaxed when working on the computer all day. However, I was being cheap and call myself trying to save money this time by buying what I thought was a pair of computer glasses on ebay. BIG MISTAKE! They did nothing for my eyes and were clearly fakes from abroad made out of cheap plastic sunglass frames that had some shaded lenses.
I suffered for a few weeks with terrible migraine headaches and eyestrain after working all day at the computer before giving up and finally deciding to order my glasses from Debspecs. I emailed Customer Service to see if they could rush the order. (the normal delivery time is usually 2 weeks)
The Rep assured me they would do everything to get my glasses to me asap! My computer glasses took about a week to get to me. The wait was so worth it. They are the real deal. They are beautiful, they are sturdy hard material not cheap plastic and they feel and look great on my eyes. Everyone at my job has complimented me on how nice they look and my eyes are happy again.
My order was dropped on my South Philly doorstep and promptly stolen. They sent another. USPS lost the package. Debspecs was on the case, emailing, calling, refunding my order finally---but they still wouldn't give up. They found it but and once again USPS just dropped it on my step EVEN WITH THE HANDWRITTEN NOTE ON THE BOX PUT THERE BY A DEBSPECS REP: "Hold for Pick Up." This time a neighbor stepped in. I can't STAND USPS but I love DEPSPECS ALOT!
I have made two orders with DebSpecs, and they are awesome to deal with.
