I was pleasantly surprised that, despite all the people saying that I probably wouldn't get my late Christmas orders in before Xmas as I live in a rural area, that they all arrived with plenty of time to spare. The whole experience was easy and hassle free - so thank you very much for taking so much stress out of Christmas (and giving me back that precious time that would have been taken driving, pounding the pavements, waiting in queues etc). Again, a very big thank you from me!
Money was deducted from my account this morning but its the 1st time I hear of your its not like iv hear order anything from your I don't know what your do.
I normally receive items within a few days of ordering. The last thing I ordered I had to wait a few weeks. I wasn't told before I ordered the clothing that I would have to wait until the special finished so then they would order from the other supplier. I wasn't happy as I needed these clothes for an occasion and from previous orders being shipped so fast, I didn't think I would have a problem. Hence missing out. Disappointed :(
Ordered something on DD then immediately saw the identical product for cheaper also on DD. Checked the faq about refunds for change of mind and it said "We are generally able to cancel your order if the sales event is still online and has not closed. To request a cancellation please send our Customer Service Department a contact message." so I also purchased the cheaper one, and messaged them to cancel the first, more expensive one. This whole process took five minutes or less from the placing of first order. They replied two days later (the sale was still open) saying it couldn't be cancelled, so I ended up with two identical items, one cheap and one not. So just be aware they sell identical things at different prices & the faq is... not particularly accurate.

I would love to look into this for you, as we are usually able to perform cancelations while the sale is still active, however, if you apply for this via our "Contact Us" section, it is unfortunately subject to our response times, but you are also able to contact us on the phone via (02) 9037 2540, 9am – 9pm, weekdays.
As for the issue with the prices, we do have to adjust prices as these things are effected by where the stock is coming from, the tax and freight that we have to pay on the items, exchange rates, and other factors. For example, we could have the same item from an AU supplier, and a US supplier, and both the RRP and sale price could be different, due to the factors above. If you ever see this, feel free to raise it to us, as we are usually able to look into it, and refund any discrepancies as a show of goodwill.

Since change of company stock method changes, the reliability of dealsdorect has reduced to a point that it is now disappointing to deal with them.

I have emailed you and also got onto paypal as i had an order go through for a glass kettle and i recieved my glass kettle and humidifier which i paid for. Then next i get another receipt for another glass kettle you charged me twice. So i let you know and also paypal the same day 20-11-2016 the day i order went through as i only wanted one kettle.And it was charged to my paypal. But i dont know why i was charged. So i ask you if you would cancel and refund my order for other kettle. Not answer about that. Also waiting for my sheets. And another thing when you send areipt through you dont put items down to mlet us know what we are charged for. Would you see to the refunf as i did let you and paypal know straight away. Hope reply and let me know. So i hope you dont send kettle as i already have the other order which was as above. Refond is $29.95. Thankyou helen wright
